Take 400 g of ham, 5 boiled eggs and one large onion. Cut it all into small cubes and add mayonnaise. It will be needed a little - only for a bunch of products so that you can dazzle balls a little smaller than a peach. Roll them in chopped walnuts, put on a dish and sprinkle with parsley.

Prunes in bacon

Large prunes are needed - the larger, the better. It is filled with walnuts, pounded with garlic and herbs, wrapped in a strip of bacon and baked in the oven. Bacon should be well browned.

Stuffed crab sticks

Crab stick is a thinly rolled layer of fillet of sea surimi fish. Carefully unwrap the crab sticks, after soaking them in boiling water for 30 seconds. We put the filling in the form of grated cheese, chopped cucumbers, garlic, mayonnaise, herbs. We wrap it back and set it on the table with the rest of the dishes for the buffet table.

Garlic toast

Cooking stuffing for toast. Grind 2 boiled eggs, mix with 1 pickled cucumber, herbs, green onions, mashed cod liver (150 grams will be enough). Fry the toasts in vegetable oil with garlic, put the filling on top, decorate with fresh herbs.

Eggplant Appetizer

To prepare this dish, peel the aubergines, cut them into rings and fry from 2 sides in a pan. Brush with garlic mayonnaise sauce and place on a plate. Then it all depends on your imagination and desire. You can put eggplant together in two cups, or you can put on each half half of small cherry tomatoes, olives, adding ketchup and sauce.

Raffaello from crab sticks

Grind 1 small boiled egg, 2 cloves of garlic and 200 g of cheese into small crumbs using a blender. Stir and add as much mayonnaise so that the mass of cheese, garlic and eggs becomes viscous. Form balls, put olive in each of them. Roll in crab sticks finely chopped in a separate bowl and refrigerate.

Corn and Cheese Rice Muffins

Take mozzarella cheese, wrap it in ham and dress it with green onions. If there is no mozzarella at hand, you can take any other cheese. The main thing is that he be firm.

Lavash roll

Pita bread is a real lifesaver for any housewife. A thin layer of pita bread is smeared with mayonnaise. Korean carrots and thread cheese are laid out on one edge of the future roll. Then the roll is wrapped very tightly and cut into pieces and rolls of the desired size. Naturally, the filling for pita bread can be very diverse. Cocktail Mojito

Figured bread can be made using cookie cutters.


  Homemade Chicken Liver Pate   on a slice of bread with a thin straw of bell pepper - a great snack for a buffet at work. Recipe:   put carrots and onions in a pot of water, boil until tender, add 500 g of chicken liver to boiling vegetables. Cook everything together for 15 minutes, remove from water and whisk hot while using a blender, gradually adding the broth in which the products were cooked until a homogeneous mass similar in density to sour cream was obtained. Allow to cool slightly, add 150 g of softened butter, salt to taste. This is a very cheap but festive appetizer!

Cheese cream with garlic on bread toast. I already wrote about how to do it in this article a little higher (it can be used as a “pillow” for boiled pork and sausage). But the cream itself is incomparably tasty and beautiful if it is laid out on a lettuce leaf using a pastry syringe.

Pies and crepes

Small pies made from yeast or puff pastry with the most traditional filling (meat, cabbage with eggs, potatoes with mushrooms) are always successful. Scatter first! I will not describe in detail, while I just throw up the idea for a holiday in the office. The most important thing - small size, also for “one bite”.

  Another successful snack for a buffet in the office, which can be prepared at home and eat cold - spring rolls. Tiny too, of course. With red caviar or slightly salted salmon, for example. Look for a craftsman in the team, someone will surely cope :-)!

Buffet at work: are salads appropriate?

Yes, I declare boldly, as there are several ways of their original submission!

If you chop the usual salad (olivier, crab, etc.) a little smaller than you used to cut for a regular feast, you can put it on a slice of bread or in a basket. Sometimes for salads they use disposable glasses or the most ordinary glass glasses (wine glasses for martini, bowls). Here's what it looks like:
