Cooking method:

  1. First, boil an egg for the filling. Put the egg in a bucket of cold water. Put the bucket on medium heat. After the egg boils, boil it for 9-10 minutes. Then, pour boiling water from the ladle and fill the egg with cold water so that it cools completely. We clean the egg and grate on a fine grater
  2. A slice of hard cheese also rub. It is better to grind it on a fine grater so that the filling is homogeneous and tender. Then it will be more convenient to stuff crab sticks.

  1. Grate the cheese on a fine grater. Add to it mayonnaise and chopped dill. In addition, you can add a little garlic passed through a press to the filling. As for me, stuffed crab sticks with cheese and garlic are much tastier as a cold snack. Stir the cheese filling.
  2. Defrost crab sticks. Remove the wrappers from them. Gently unfold. Lubricate the entire surface of the crab stick with a thin layer of cheese filling. To make a batter, beat the eggs in a bowl. Stir them with a whisk or a fork.
