Ingredients:

  • round salty cracker - 400 g
  • tuna in oil - 1 pc.
  • hard cheese - 150 g
  • eggs - 5 pcs.
  • garlic - 4 cloves
  • mayonnaise - 50 g
  • green onions - 1 bunch

Take a round flat dish and spread a layer of crackers on it (1/4 of the total amount), lightly grease them with light mayonnaise. Next, put grated eggs, then cookies again. The next layer is tuna, pre-mashed with a fork. We make a mayonnaise mesh, sprinkle with chopped green onions and put the cookies again. Next, add grated cheese mixed with crushed garlic and mayonnaise. Sprinkle with crushed crackers and garnish with scallions. It is advisable for the salad to stand in the refrigerator for several hours before serving.

Seafood and crackers salad

Ingredients:

  • slightly salted salmon or trout - 200 g
  • shrimp - 250 g

We make three different fillings for this salad. First, boil the squid and pass them through a garlic or blender, along with half the melted cheese and dill. The second filling consists of fried mushrooms with chopped onions. The third filling includes grated cheese, mayonnaise and garlic pressed through a press. Put 7 crackers on a dish, cover them with mayonnaise and the first filling on top, cover with 7 more crackers, on which we spread the mushrooms. On top are the remaining crackers and curd.

Ingredients:

  • eggplant - 2 pcs.
  • bell pepper - 1 pc.
  • cracker - 100 g
  • tomatoes - 3 pcs.
  • cheese - 50 g
  • red onion - 1 pc.
  • garlic - 2 cloves
  • vegetable oil - 2 tbsp. spoons
  • mayonnaise - 70 g
  • pepper and salt - a pinch
  • dill - 30 g

Cut the eggplants into slices and fry until golden brown, then cut into strips. Cut onion and tomato into thin half rings, bell pepper - into cubes or strips. Three garlic and cheese on a grater, add some chopped dill and season with mayonnaise. Put the eggplant in the first layer, then the dressing and most of the crackers. Next comes the mixture of the rest of the vegetables, sprinkled with the dressing. Decorate with crushed cookies and garnish with dill.

Chicken salad with cracker

Ingredients:

  • chicken breast - 1 pc.
  • salty cracker with onion flavor - 200 g
  • cherry tomatoes yellow and red - 200 g
  • green onions - 30 g
  • garlic mayonnaise - 50 g
  • hard cheese - 50 g

Chop the chicken breast very finely, put it on the dish with the first layer and grease with mayonnaise. Crush the cracker and put it on top of the chicken, brush it lightly with mayonnaise and put the grated cheese on top. The next layer is the halves of multi-colored tomatoes. Decorate the salad with chopped green onions.

Cheese crackers salad

Ingredients:

  • grated parmesan - 100 g
  • goat cheese or feta - 150 g
  • arugula - 100 g
  • red apples - 2 pcs.
  • olive oil - 15 ml
  • balsamic sauce - 1 tbsp. spoon

We make tortillas from grated Parmesan and bake in the oven for about 10 minutes. Put arugula in a salad bowl, then goat cheese and thin apple slices. Pour everything with olive oil mixed with balsamic sauce, sprinkle with our crushed cheese cracker.

Quick Vegetable Salad with Cracker

Ingredients:

  • small salty cracker - 150-200 g
  • tomatoes - 2 pcs.
  • canned green peas - 3 tbsp. spoons
  • hard cheese - 150 g
  • walnuts - 50-70 g
  • garlic - 3 cloves
  • mayonnaise - 100 g

Making garlic mayonnaise: mix regular mayonnaise with chopped garlic. Mix the cracker with it, leaving a few pieces for decoration. On top of the cookies, put the cheese, grated on the smallest grater, sprinkle with chopped nuts, fried in a dry pan. After that, put in a finely chopped tomato and make a mayonnaise mesh. Decorate the salad with green peas and the remaining crackers.

Spicy salad with crackers

Ingredients:

  • crackers - 10-12 pcs.
  • carrots - 1 pc.
  • celery - 2 pcs.
  • parsley - 1 bunch

Cut prunes, smoked chicken and cucumbers into small strips. Fry mushrooms in oil, make Korean carrots. To save time, you can use a purchased one. Ingredients:

  • fine salty cracker - 100 g
  • tomatoes - 2 pcs.
  • cucumbers - 2 pcs.
  • red onion - 1 pc.
  • basil - 1 bunch
  • olive oil - 1 tbsp. spoon
  • red wine vinegar - 1 tbsp spoon

Cut all the vegetables into thin slices, pour with vinegar and olive oil and sprinkle with cracker on the Italian salad.

However, you can show off your culinary talent simply by adding another ingredient to the classic combination. For example, in this salad, salted cracker is added to fish, eggs and cheese, and its taste is transformed beyond recognition.

Ingredients:

  • Salted cracker - 150-200 gr
  • Egg - 4 pieces
  • Canned fish - 1 can

Wash carrots, peel and grate on a coarse grater.





Peel the onion, rinse and chop finely.
