Strudel with cherry jam

We prepare puff pastry on our own from a glass of flour, 200 grams of butter, one egg, 70 ml of cool water and a large spoonful of vinegar. Roll it out and sprinkle with crumbled dried bun. Put jam on top (5 large spoons) and roll up with sausage. We bake for 40 minutes at 170 degrees.

With poppy seeds

For the filling, pour 200 g of poppy seeds with boiling water, wait for it to swell, and grind it using a coffee grinder or mortar. Add raisins (40 g), a tablespoon of honey, sugar (140 g) to the poppy. Beat two egg whites separately until strong foam and add to the poppy seed. We spread it on a test surface, then a cherry on top. We roll the dough into a roll, bake and enjoy the palette of healthy and satisfying treats.
