  • Butter 50 g

  • Butter 30 g
  • Sunflower oil for frying onions 100 ml

Preparation:

Fry the onion in vegetable oil. Boil potatoes with salted water. Mix the potatoes with half of the onion, because we need the second half for ready-made dumplings

We make mashed potatoes, add butter, allspice to taste, set aside to cool.

Pour water into a bowl, add butter and salt.

As soon as the water boils, add the flour according to the recipe, stirring constantly. When the dough begins to curl up into a lump, remove from the stove. Add the eggs one at a time to the slightly cooled dough and mix with a wooden spatula.

We spread the dough on the table, knead well. Leave, covered with a bowl until it cools completely
