My form is large, 30 cm, the cake will be low and will bake faster than the one that will be baked in a form of smaller diameter. In order for everything to work out well for you and the cake is baked, after 30 minutes, check its readiness with a wooden skewer, piercing the middle of the cake with it. If the skewer is wet, the pie is not ready yet. Give him another 10 minutes of time and check the doneness of the cake again using the above method.
