Processed cream cheese (with pieces of salmon) - 100 g;

Recipe for pita rolls with mushrooms and trout

1. Fry the mushrooms.

2. Mix the mushrooms with soft butter, pressed garlic, salt and pepper through a press.

3. Add cream cheese and grated hard cheese. Add more or less mayonnaise depending on the taste of the cheese and personal preference. Mix well again until smooth.

4. Put the minced mushroom on the pita bread in an even layer and roll up a tight roll.

5. Lubricate the second sheet of pita bread with butter. Then apply a thin layer of melted cheese and spread the trout pieces evenly over the surface.

Ingredients:

Minced pork and beef 1: 1 - gram 300-400;

Lavash thin - 3 sheets;

Carrot;

Lettuce leaves;

Tomatoes;

Mayonnaise;

Cheese - 50 g;

Parsley dill;

Garlic - a couple of teeth.

Recipe:

Fry the chopped onion in a frying pan. After 3 minutes, add the grated carrots and continue to fry until it is half cooked. Next, add minced meat to the resulting mixture and fry for 25 minutes, not forgetting to stir, salt, pepper.

Cut the tomatoes in the form of circles, wash and dry the lettuce well, and grate the cheese.

Then we proceed to the formation of rolls. We coat the unfolded sheet of pita bread with garlic sauce and spread the mixture of minced meat, onions and carrots in an even layer, while maintaining small indents along the edges. Next, sprinkle the filling with herbs and smooth.

Spread another sheet of pita bread with garlic sauce on both sides, and carefully place on top of the minced meat. Lay the lettuce leaves in the next layer, on the surface of which spread the circles of tomatoes, spread well with mayonnaise. We cover all layers with a third sheet of pita bread, which must first be smeared with garlic sauce on all sides. Sprinkle cheese on the surface of the layers and carefully roll everything into a roll. Send the finished roll to the refrigerator or a cool place for an hour, then cut into pieces about a couple of centimeters thick.

Lavash roll with crab sticks
Ingredients:

Crab sticks - 300g;

Dill - 2 bunches;

Eggs - 6 pcs.;

Mayonnaise;

Cheese - 200 gr.;

Lavash thin - 3 pcs.;

Garlic - 5 cloves.

Recipe:

Pass boiled eggs with cheese and crab sticks through a meat grinder. Chop dill and garlic.

Prepare the filling for the second layer. Mix mayonnaise with eggs to get a consistency resembling a mass intended for the first layer.

We are preparing the filling for the third layer. Mix dill with mayonnaise.

Canned fish - jar:

Garlic - 4 cloves;

Mayonnaise;

Cheese - 200 gr.;

Boil the eggs in salted water until tender, then cool them and free them from the shell and chop them. Drain the liquid from the canned food and mash the fish with a fork. Grate the cheese.

Pour the second pita bread with mayonnaise and place canned fish on its surface, after which we cover with the last sheet of pita bread.

Pour the third pita bread with mayonnaise and sprinkle with chopped eggs.

We turn the resulting cake in the form of a roll, press it with a press and send it to the refrigerator for half an hour. Cut the finished roll into small pieces, sprinkle with herbs.

Recipe:

Such an appetizer is great not only for the New Year's or other festive table, but also for a simple snack or picnic. I often make them and take them to work as a lunchtime snack. Cheap and cheerful, but also very satisfying.

3. Put the sheet of pita again and cover it with a layer of cheese grated on a coarse grater. Pour it with mayonnaise with a net too.

4. Put the last pita bread. Greens, I have dill and parsley, finely chop and spread on top. Once again, for the last time, pour over with mayonnaise. All layers are ready.

As promised above, I present another option with crab meat. Just as easy and fast to perform. Perhaps you will like him. For lubrication, I take soft cream cheese, such as Friendship.

Ingredients:

  • Lavash thin - 2 sheets (about 30 * 30 cm)
  • Crab sticks - 200 gr
  • Eggs - 4 pcs
  • Cucumber - 1 piece (long)
  • Melted cheese - to taste
  • Mayonnaise - to taste

Cooking:

1. Cut crab sticks into small cubes. Boil the eggs in salted water and set aside. Then clean and grate on a coarse grater. Do the same with the cucumber.

2. Place cling film on the table. Lay a sheet of pita bread on it. Spread melted cheese over it in a thin layer.

A silicone spatula will be an excellent assistant in this matter. It is very convenient to spread it. If you don't have it yet, be sure to get it.

3. Put a layer of crab sticks on top of the cheese. Spread them evenly over all surfaces. Then cover with a mesh of mayonnaise. And a layer of eggs on top.

4. Now cover the second pita bread and grease it with mayonnaise. Lay cucumbers on it with a thin layer. It is better to use a fork so that the cucumber juice that stands out does not get on our snack. If desired, you can salt a little.

5. Gently start rolling the roll from the long side. Then wrap it with cling film, on which the pita bread was first laid. If the sausage turned out to be too long, you can divide it in half and wrap it with a film. Place them in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours to firm up.

6. When they are soaked, remove them from the refrigerator, free from the film and cut into portions. Then arrange nicely on a serving plate.

The recipe for a delicious pita roll with red fish for the New Year 2019

Such rolls can hardly be called budget. But they are not at all ashamed to put on the festive table - and beautiful, and rich, and very tasty. Most often, for the New Year, salmon or trout are put on the shelves in stores. Yes, it doesn't matter which red fish you choose. I usually take vacuum-packed fillets already cooked, less fuss. When you prepare a lot of dishes for the holiday, and so there is enough to do. I want to make more yummy and surprise everyone.

Ingredients:

  • Lavash - 1 pack
  • Red fish - 150 gr
  • Eggs - 3 pcs
  • Mayonnaise - 100 gr
  • Dill - 1 bunch
  • Ground black pepper

Cooking:

1. And so, let's blunt. Finely chop the dill. Cut the prepared salmon fillet (or trout, or another representative of the salmon family) into small cubes.
