Duck with salted milk

Wash the duck, stuff with salted milk mushrooms, sew up, put in a rooster, pour in half a glass of water. Place the rooster in the oven to simmer. When the duck is almost done, remove the lid to brown the duck for 20-30 minutes. Serve the duck with the fried potatoes. Serve the sauce separately. To prepare it, combine and heat strong broth, finely chopped pickled cucumbers, dill, vinegar, sugar over low heat.

Pie with sauerkraut and salted milk mushrooms
