  • White bread - 70 g;

  • Olives - 3-4 pieces;
  • Cherry tomatoes - 3-4 pieces.

1) Prepare the bread and eggs first.

Salad with sprats and potatoes

Ingredients:

  • potatoes - 2-3 pcs.;
  • carrots - 1-2 pcs.;
  • sprats - 1 bank;
  • eggs - 2-3 pcs.;
  • hard cheese - 70-80 g;
  • onion - 1 pc.;
  • mayonnaise.

Cooking:

Boil carrots and potatoes until tender, without removing the peel. Drain the water, cool and clean.

Separately boil hard-boiled eggs. Cool them under cold water.

Cut the onion into half rings or medium pieces. Mix 1:1 hot water and vinegar and pour into the onion. We leave for 25-30 minutes. During this time, the onion will pickle, and bitterness will leave it.

We crush the sprats with a fork and mix with onions, after draining the water from it.

Grate the potatoes and arrange in a layer on a serving platter. Lubricate it with mayonnaise.

Put the fish layer on top and mayonnaise again.

Next, make a layer of grated carrots and grease again.

We also rub the eggs and put them on the carrots. We also coat them with mayonnaise.

Put the grated cheese in the final layer and insist the salad for at least 30-40 minutes.
