Liver beef stroganoff recipe

How to make liver stroganoff

Remove films and veins from pork and beef liver. If you are making beef stroganoff from chicken liver, simply trim away the veins from it. The beef and pork liver is cut into cubes, and the chicken is cut into approximately equal pieces. Cut the onion into half rings. Rinse the liver and dry slightly. Put the liver in the multicooker bowl and turn on the "Fry" mode, and, stirring constantly, fry the liver for about 5 minutes.

Add butter and onion to the liver and cook, stirring constantly, for about 5-7 minutes. After the onion turns transparent, add the flour and, stirring occasionally, fry for 2 to 3 minutes.

Gradually pour the sour cream into the liver, close the lid and cook for 10 minutes in the "Stew" mode. Open the lid and add sugar, salt and pepper to the liver. Close the lid and simmer liver stroganoff 10 minutes more.

Well, since many of you have already managed to acquire modern kitchen appliances, I want to tell you how to make beef stroganoff from chicken in a slow cooker. The composition and method of preparation here remains the same, but to be honest, making this dish in a multicooker is much easier and more convenient than on the stove. And the taste of meat with this simple recipe for beef stroganoff from chicken in a slow cooker, as in the classic version, turns out delicious, try it yourself.

Step cooking recipe

  1. First, we rinse the fillet and dry it on a towel, then cut the meat into oblong strips and beat it lightly.
  2. Put the beaten meat in a multicooker bowl.
  3. Peel the onions and cut them into half rings or a little finer.
  4. We send it to the multicooker for meat.
  5. Add butter to the bowl, turn on the "Fry" mode for 25 minutes.
  6. Fry the meat with onions, stirring occasionally.
  7. Approximately 10 minutes after the start of the mode, put sour cream in the bowl, add spices and salt to taste.
  8. We mix everything and cook the meat until the regime ends.

Step 1: prepare the onion.

We take onions, peel them with a knife. We rinse under running water.
Cut it into medium cubes on a cutting board. Choose the diameter of the cube arbitrarily, the main thing is that it is not too large. Put the chopped onion on a plate.

Step 2: prepare the chicken breast.


We take the chicken fillet and rinse it under running water. We put it on a cutting board for meat, clean it from the veins and cut it into small pieces with a knife.
I cut pieces with a diameter 2 by 2 centimeters... Chicken, cut into small pieces, marinates and cooks well and quickly.
We take the chopped chicken, put it in a deep bowl, add to it black hammers, ground allspice and 2 teaspoons of olive oil. We take the cubes, crush them right in the package, unfold the crumpled cubes, and we get a bouillon powder. Crumbled Sprinkle chicken with cubes. Sprinkle with soy sauce and mix all the ingredients thoroughly with a spoon. Leave the chicken fillet marinate for 20 - 25 minutes.

Step 3: prepare the broccoli.

We take broccoli. We rinse it under running water.
We disassemble broccoli cabbage into inflorescences with our hands and put in a saucepan.
We turn on the stove to the middle level. Pour running water into a saucepan with broccoli so that it covers the top of the cabbage. Add salt to taste. The main thing is not to oversalt, we have other ingredients that we will season with salt. Cook broccoli for 20 - 25 minutes.
After the broccoli is cooked, discard it in a colander and let the water drain and cool. In order not to wait until the cabbage dries up, dip it with a paper kitchen towel. Put the finished, dried, boiled broccoli in a deep bowl.

Step 4: fry the meat.


The meat is pickled. We turn on the stove to the middle level and put a frying pan on it. Pour into a preheated pan 2 teaspoons olive oil and wait for it to heat up. Add the marinated pieces of chicken fillet to the heated olive oil, help ourselves to put them in the pan with a tablespoon. Fry the chicken until cooked, until it is covered with a golden brown crust. Chicken fillet, and even marinated, is fried very quickly. The meat will be ready within 10 minutes. When frying meat, do not forget to stir it with a wooden spatula so that it is fried on all sides and does not burn.

Step 5: fry the broccoli onions.


We turn on the stove to the middle level and put a frying pan on it. We put in it 2 tablespoons of olive oil and heat it up. Pour the diced onion into the heated olive oil using a tablespoon. Fry the onions until they are milky - the onions should darken, but not be fried.
Add broccoli, disassembled into inflorescences and boiled cabbage, to the onion, which is almost cooked to readiness. We fasten the stove to a small level. Fry broccoli with onions for 5 - 7 minutes. While frying, stir the ingredients with a wooden spatula.

Step 6: combine all the ingredients.


Add fried chicken fillet to almost finished broccoli and onions. Mix everything thoroughly with a wooden spatula. Fry all the ingredients combined together for another 1 - 2 minutes. Add 6 tablespoons of water. On top of the products stewed in water, inject garlic through a garlic press. Cover the pan with a lid and simmer vegetables for another 2 minutes... Our dish is ready. Remove the pan from the stove. We put it on a plate.

Step 7: Serve the Chicken with Broccoli.

Chicken with broccoli is served as the main dish. For garnish with it, you can serve mashed potatoes or boiled rice with butter. Personally, when I cook this dish at home, I do not always have time to cook the side dish.
