In winter, I especially want hot, spicy from the fire. But barbecue ribs are very easy to cook in the oven. There is absolutely nothing complicated.

We will take:

  • Kilo ribs
  • Ready BBQ Sauce
  • Tabasco sauce to your taste
  • Oregano
  • Salt

Cooking process:

Rub the ribs with salt, having previously prepared them. Next, mix the barbecue and Tabasco sauces, with the last one more careful, it gives spiciness. Do not be shy, coat the portioned slices and put them in a container, remove them for six hours in a cool place.

After we pull out the ribs and remove the foil, now we need to fry them well to get the carbonization effect, like on a fire, if your oven has a grill function, turn it on. We still fry the hour and then serve with fresh herbs.

1. To begin with, wash the ribs well, dry and cut into portioned pieces, so that in each piece there is a rib.

2. Then we rub each slice with seasoning for pork, pepper and salt, after which we add the ribs in a deep bowl.

1.5 kilograms of pork ribs,
   - 8 potatoes,
   - 2 young zucchini,
   - 50 grams of butter or olive oil,
   - 2 tbsp. tablespoons premium flour,
   - 1.5 cups cream of 30% fat or milk 2.5% fat,
   - a small head of garlic,
- seasoning to taste: table salt, spices, mustard, Provence herbs, nutmeg.

Cooking:

1. First you need to prepare vegetables and ribs. I wash and dry my ribs well. My zucchini and potatoes are peeled and left aside for a while.

2. Then prepare a dressing for meat. For marinade, mix mustard, olive oil, salt, chopped garlic and spices (sweet pepper, coriander, thyme, tarragon, basil) in a separate bowl, after which we mix everything well. With this marinade, carefully rub the ribs and let them marinate for half an hour.

3. After that, prepare the dressing sauce for the future side dish. In a heat-resistant dish, melt the butter, then add the sifted flour, mix everything quickly and fry for several minutes, without stopping stirring. Then carefully add milk or cream, and when the mixture boils, remove the dishes from the heat, allow to cool and add more spices to taste, nutmeg and salt.

4. Next, bake the ribs. The ribs that have already been marinated, put in a baking dish, put on the middle grill of the oven and turn on the temperature at 220 degrees for one and a half hours. Then we take out the ribs and give them time to cool, covering with a kitchen towel.

5. Then you need to bake the side dish. We cut potatoes and zucchini in circles and put everything in a free baking dish. Sprinkle with herbs, spices, pour sauce and put baked for half an hour in the oven at the same temperature.

6. After that, first put the lettuce, potatoes and zucchini and a few ribs on the plate. We pour all the juice that stood out from the meat during baking and decorate with herbs and fresh tomatoes or cucumbers.

Fried pork ribs in a pan

Cook your family with fried pork ribs in a pan. The main thing is to marinate them in advance. During cooking, you will have to take everyone out of the kitchen, as the smell will be stupefying.

Ingredients:

1 kilogram of ribs,
   - 2 tablespoons of soy sauce,
   - 1/2 cup orange juice
   - 4 tablespoons of honey
   - 3 tablespoons of ketchup,
   - 1 tablespoon of mustard,
   - vegetable oil,
   - 1 tablespoon of sugar.

Cooking:

1. We wash the ribs and cut them along the ribs.

Products:

Pork ribs - 1.5 - 2 kg;

1. Fold the ribs in a saucepan, salt and season with spices.

2. Peel the onion, cut into half rings and add to the pork ribs.

3. Pour everything with adjika (preferably homemade) and mix well. Put marinate for at least 1 hour. And if possible 4-5 hours.

4. After our (pork!)))) Marinated ribs, put them without onion in a deep frying pan or other heat-resistant dishes, heated with vegetable oil and fry.

5. Add the previously marinated onions and fry them together with the ribs.

Braised Pork Ribs

1 kg of meat pork ribs, 1 tablespoon of honey, 1 cup of broth, 2 onions, 1 ~ 2 sour apples (like Antonovka), 1 cup of thick cream, 1.5 ~ 2 h of salt, 0.5 t of pepper

Chop ribs into portioned slices.

In a pan, heat 1 tablespoon of butter (melted or vegetable). (The fire should be maximum.)
   Put honey. When the honey begins to boil, put in one layer the first portion of the ribs.
   Fry on all sides until crusty (0.5 ~ 1 min on each side).
   Do the same with the second (and if possible, with the third) portion of ribs.

After frying, there will be practically no honey in the pan, but a small amount of fat will be melted, on which you need to lightly fry the finely chopped onion.
Put the fried ribs in a cast iron or stewpan and pour in the broth.

It is better to take a broth meat or vegetable, but in extreme cases, you can use water.

Put the cast iron on a small fire and cook under a lid with a low boil until the meat is ready (readiness to check by piercing the meat with a fork or knife; the meat should be soft and easily separated from the bone).
   In the process of stewing (minutes 20 ~ 30 after the start), add fried onions and finely chopped peeled apple to the cast iron. Salt and pepper.

The apple should disperse in the sauce, but some varieties of apples are extremely resistant to heat, and in order not to catch large pieces of apples in the sauce later, it is better to cut the apples into small cubes or cubes immediately.

When the meat is soft, pour in the cream.
   Remove the lid, add heat to medium and evaporate the liquid so that the sauce becomes thick. (Stir the sauce periodically, otherwise it will burn.)
   Also, the sauce can be thickened with 2 tablespoons of flour, previously fried in a dry pan until pinkish.
   For greater sophistication and uniformity of sauce, it can be whipped in a blender.
   Serve the finished ribs with a vegetable side dish.
