  • salt.

Cooking

We wash the plums and fill them with water (only so that the berries are closed). Boil for a couple of minutes. Separately, drain the liquid, it will still be useful to us. Rub the plums through a sieve.

We carefully wash the greens of cilantro and dill under running water and finely chop. Pass the garlic through a press and grind with salt. Finely chopped pepper is also ground there.

Combine plum puree with herbs. If the mass is too thick, add the decoction of the plums. We put the pan on the stove with the medium heat on, constantly mix. When the sauce is hot, add the garlic and pepper, salt, sugar and suneli hops. We taste, if necessary, add sugar or salt, carefully knead.

Cook for 5-7 minutes and pour into a dish with a wide neck, pre-sterilized and dried. Cork and set to cool. We store in the refrigerator for a short period of time. Ingredients:

  • tkemali plums - 1 kg;
  • garlic - 2 heads;

Cooking
