Given that this snack is one of my most beloved, I cook it quite often, while I try to try new recipes every time. My last experiment came out very successful, so I gladly share with you the result. Meet - eggs with caviar of red and cheese, very gentle, very beautiful and no less tasty.

Such a snack will be especially relevant for the festive feast, because this is an excellent alternative to banal sandwiches with red caviar. Eggs, stuffed with caviar, will be good on any holiday - be something new year, March 8, birthday or just friendly gatherings. They are preparing very simple, so you will certainly succeed in the most well. Let's proceed?

Ingredients:

  • 5 chicken eggs;
  • 50-70 g of solid cheese;
  • mayonnaise (preferably home);
  • salt, black pepper to taste;
  • 70-80 g red caviar;
  • Greens for decoration.

How to cook eggs stuffed with caviar:

Eggs drunk hard - that is, we can cook in boiling water 10 minutes: during this time and protein, and the yolk will become solid. Gently clean the eggs, trying not to damage the surface of the protein.

Eggs cut on halves, take out yolks from them. Add rubbed solid cheese to yolks and mayonnaise. Sauce should not be too much, we need to get a lot to keep the form well. Therefore, do not put a large number of mayonnaise at once, it is better to add the quantity then the required amount. Usually I have a little less than 1 tbsp. spoons.

Mix, add salt, black pepper to taste. Do not overdo it, remember that for eggs we will still use caviar, and it is also salty enough.

Fill the halves of proteins with a cheese and yolk mass. At the same time, it is not necessary to do too much hill, as the stuffed eggs are filled with stuffing, because we will still need to put caviar.

1. In order to boil the eggs by hard, get them out of the refrigerator in advance, rinse thoroughly under warm running water (on domestic eggs there are contaminated places, pull them with salt to cleaned).
