Chicken fillet is expensive, so if you want to cook this soup, but it’s a waste of money for a fillet, you can use legs, wings or weld whole chicken. Then the broth will come out fat, rich and more tasty.

Step by step cooking recipe

  1. Ingredients:
    - water - 3 l;
    - chicken fillet - 450 g.
    First, let's prepare the chicken broth. We collect water in a saucepan and lay the chicken meat there.
  2. Cook over high heat until boiling, then reduce the heat and leave to cook for another 20-30 minutes, not forgetting to remove the foam.

  3. Ingredients:
    - carrots - 100 g;
    - vegetable oil - 30 g;
    - onion - 80 g.
    Finely chop the onion, and grate the carrots on a coarse grater.

  4. First, fry the onion in vegetable oil so that it acquires a slight transparency, after which we add the grated carrots and fry for 2-4 minutes.

  5. Ingredients:
    - potatoes - 350 g.
    Cut potatoes into strips.

  6. We take out the chicken meat from the broth and add the potatoes there. Cook for about 7-10 minutes.
  7. Ingredients:
    - bay leaf - 2 pcs;
    - salt - a pinch;
    - pepper - ¼ tsp.
    We cut the finished chicken meat into large cubes or divide it into fibers with our hands.

  8. Add meat and frying, as well as salt, pepper to taste and put a bay leaf.

  9. Ingredients:
    - vermicelli - 120 g;
    - parsley - 1 bunch.
    Finally add the vermicelli and cook until tender. If you do not know how much to cook vermicelli, look cooking time on the package.

  10. A couple of minutes before the end of cooking, finely chop the parsley and add to the soup.
  11. At the end, remove the pan from the stove and let the soup stand for a while.
