The squid should be pink in color and should not be frozen in a single block - this indicates that the product has been thawed several times and refrozen. Each carcass in the package must be separate.

Squids must be thawed and cleaned. I put them in a deep plate and put them under a stream of hot water from the tap, I immediately begin to clean them. With a high-quality mollusk, the skin is perfectly removed under the influence of temperature. We remove the skin, entrails and chord - in front of us are clean squids ready for stuffing.

Mushrooms cut into cubes and fry in a pan with vegetable oil for 10 minutes, lightly salt. Then add finely chopped onion to them, mix and fry for another 5 minutes until the onion is golden.

  • squid carcasses - 490 g;
  • bulb bulb - 85 g;
  • fresh medium-sized tomatoes - 2 pcs.;
  • small red sweet bell pepper - 1 pc.;
  • hard spicy cheese - 160 g;
  • classic - 55 g;
  • garlic cloves - 2-3 pcs.;
  • unsalted butter - 65 g;
  • freshly ground black pepper - 1 pinch;
  • table salt - 1 pinch.

Cooking

To prepare squid according to this recipe, peel the onion, cut into cubes or quarter rings and sauté in butter melted in a pan for three minutes, then add the bell pepper chopped into strips or stripes and fry for another couple of minutes.
