Tip: Everyone knows that fresh boiled chicken eggs are difficult to peel, their shell is difficult to separate from the protein. This trick will help to cope with them: first put the finished eggs in ice water to cool, and then, after a couple of minutes, break the shell in several places and send it back to the liquid until it cools completely. Recipe two: Salad with meat, tomatoes and canned mushrooms

Simple, tasty and satisfying - these three words very succinctly and clearly characterize our salad. The recipe for this dish is not original or intricate; there is no need to prepare complex ingredients, fry something or create special sauces. It turns out insanely tasty and satisfying salad. And when used as the main ingredient of veal, it is also dietically useful. If desired, you can always add chopped garlic or green onions to this dish, this will add spice and piquancy.

We will need:

  • Meat fillet - 360 grams;
  • Pickled mushrooms - 250 grams;
  • Tomatoes - 3 strong medium vegetables;
  • Cheese - 170 grams;
  • Spices;
  • Salt;
  • Mayonnaise - 5 tbsp.

Cooking:

  1. First, let's deal with the meat ingredient. For this dish, it is better to take tender veal or a lean slice of pork. We clean the piece from the films, remove the streaks, rinse. Next, boil according to the simplest scheme with spices, salt. When fully cooked, cool and chop into cubes;
  2. Let's throw the mushrooms in a sieve or colander so that the brine is stacked (and it is usually very thick, you have to wait);
  3. While the mushrooms are draining, chop the tomatoes, wash them, wipe them and cut them;
  4. Now it's the turn of cheese - just grind it into thin chips;
  5. That's it, the salad is almost ready. It remains only to combine everything that we chopped, add mayonnaise and immediately gobble up both cheeks.

Recipe three: Mushroom meadow salad with meat, Korean carrots and champignons

You have probably heard this name more than once or, perhaps, you yourself have already prepared a similar dish. However, the Polyanka recipe is far from one, there are a lot of them. Each of them has its own character, personality and peculiar taste notes. Our treat belongs to the category of classics, because it contains pickled mushrooms, meat, cheese, cucumbers. This is a very satisfying, nutritious, spectacular salad, which is ideal for a male company or in the winter. But it cannot be attributed to summer dishes, since it is rather heavy. The dish is laid out in layers upside down, and after impregnation it turns over, a dish of amazing beauty is obtained.

We will need:

  • Meat fillet (beef, pork, veal) - 330 grams;
  • Cheese (such as "Russian" - 190 grams;
  • Korean spicy carrots - 200 grams;
  • Potato - 3 tubers;
  • Marinated champignons with large caps - 1 large jar (about 350 grams);
  • Pickled cucumbers - 3 pcs.;
  • Greens - 50 grams of dill and green onions;
  • Light mayonnaise - 1 sachet;
  • Salt;
  • Spices.

Cooking:

  1. Let's start, as usual, with cooking meat. Let's prepare it: clean it, remove films, veins. Next, boil with spices, salt until completely soft. The longer you cook it, the more tender the salad will turn out. After we cool, we chop;
  2. We also boil potato tubers. We will wash them thoroughly from the soil, fill them with water, put them on fire. Salt strictly after boiling, otherwise it will boil too soft. When potatoes are soft, take them out. Then grind on a grater when it cools well;
  3. Now let's prepare the greens. We rinse it all well, shake it off thoroughly. Then let dry completely. We chop finely, finely, almost into crumbs, onion with dill. We mix with each other;
  4. Let the champignons drain completely from the brine;
  5. We grate the cheese on a smaller grater, but not quite crumbly;
  6. We also chop the cucumbers, but it will be necessary to squeeze the juice from them a little - crush them in your hand after chopping for a few seconds;
  7. Now that we have all the ingredients ready, let's get creative and magic, as this recipe tells us. First, we pick up a round salad bowl, cover its bottom with cling film;
  8. Now we lay out the mushrooms with their caps down and legs up. We do this as tightly as possible so that, if possible, the hats are all in contact. The denser, the more stable the salad will be;
  9. Now we will abundantly pour chopped greens over the champignons, it will symbolize the meadow on which the mushrooms grow;
  10. Sprinkle everything over the dill with onions with thin streams of mayonnaise;
  11. Next, lay out a layer of potatoes, press it tightly, tightly so that the greens with mushrooms are literally imprinted into it. Spread again with mayonnaise sauce;
  12. Next, a layer of cucumbers, also impregnated;
  13. Now comes the turn of the meat, lay it out, then crush it tightly again. And then soak with mayonnaise;
  14. After the meat, put the Korean carrot, squeeze the juice from it first. Do not forget to coat with sauce;
  15. At the end, spread the cheese in a thick layer, then crush it strongly. The denser our layers are to each other, the better;
  16. Our salad is already ready, let's send it to soak, infuse and form (i.e. stick together in layers).
  17. After 2 hours you can already serve. And it is done like this: a salad bowl with a ready-made treat is carefully turned over onto a wide flat dish. You get a hill, on top of which champignons “grow” in the meadow;
  18. We sprinkle the edges with the remains of greenery to hide the "floors". Everything, we serve, surprise guests and enjoy ourselves.

Tip: To prevent puff salads from getting too greasy, drowning in mayonnaise, you can save the sauce as follows: cut off a thin corner at the edge of the package, and then use it, pouring the ingredients in a thin stream, like from a pastry bag.
