The variety of ingredients in this dish gives it an unusual spicy taste and aroma. The main thing here is to carefully salt and pepper each layer, so as not to "overdo it." This recipe took me 20 minutes to make a casserole. The rest of the time the dish was baked in the oven. What you need:

Preparation:

  1. I clean all the vegetables and wash them. I cut the potatoes into circles. I put half of the potato slices on the bottom of the form in two or three layers. So that the empty spaces between the circles are closed. A little salt and pepper.
  2. I spread all the minced meat on the potatoes. I level it. My mince is not salted, I salt and pepper again.
  3. I cut the onion into rings and half rings. Half of this onion is the next layer.
  4. I cut the champignons into thin slices. I spread them in the next layer. Again a pinch of salt and pepper.
  5. I cut the tomatoes into slices and semicircles. I cover the mushrooms with them. Salted and pepper.
  6. The next layer is bell pepper cut into strips. And the leftover bow.
  7. Cover with a layer of the remaining potatoes. And again a pinch of salt and pepper.
  8. I pour milk literally one third of the depth of the mold so that it cannot run out over the top.
  9. I preheat the oven to 180 degrees and set the brazier with a casserole there. I bake min. 30 - 35
