  • 1/2 avocado
  • 2 tbsp. l dry grated Parmesan cheese (or ordinary grated hard cheese)
  • 2 tbsp. l milk
  • 30 g butter
  • 1.5 tbsp. l light mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp. l nonfat sour cream
  • 1/2 tsp granulated dry garlic (or a small clove of fresh)
  • salt to taste

Cooking

  1. First make an omelet. In a deep plate we mix eggs, grated cheese (I had Parmesan, in my opinion, tastes better with it). Mix with a fork or whisk.

  2. Add milk and shake well as a regular omelet.

  3. In a pan, melt the butter a little. It is necessary that it melts, but does not boil on the surface of the pan. Fill the omelette mixture and fry a little on both sides. It is important not to overcook, but only so that he grasps and in the end turns out to be tender.

  4. Then finely chop the salad.
