Take one kolobok of dough from the cold, roll it on a table, sprinkled with flour, into a thin flat cake in the form of a circle. We put it in a suitable form and put it in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees.
I put the cake pan on the 2nd shelf of the oven. It takes me 5 minutes to bake one cake. While the cake is baking, I bring the next bun of dough from the cold and roll it out.
So, in turn, I bake all the cake layers for the cake. It turns out six cakes. I put them in a wide dish and cover with a towel.
While the cakes are cooling, I cook custard. I rub the egg with sugar. I pour cold milk into the pan, add the egg-sugar mixture, put on fire. Constantly mixing, bring to a boil. I dissolve starch in 100 ml of cold milk, pour this mixture into boiling milk, constantly stirring, make sure that there are no lumps. When the cream thickens, remove from heat, set to cool.
Beat butter until fluffy, gradually pouring custard into it. Add vanilla sugar and a spoonful of skate.
Then I divide the cream into 2 parts. In one part, add 10 g of cocoa and mix.
