In the recipes unusual New Year's dishes can include exotic salads. There is no need to go far for the ingredients, because even the most ordinary can be prepared with a twist, for example, according to recipes of inhabitants of the Caribbean islands. Cut the dough in half, roll each half on a linen towel heaped with flour. Stretch the dough from the center in all directions, trying not to tear, sprinkle with melted butter, put a layer of peeled and sliced ​​apples on it, sprinkle with sugar, cinnamon, washed raisins, chopped zest and bread crumbs roasted in 30 g of butter.

Raising the edge of the towel, roll the dough into a roll. Transfer to a baking sheet and bake in a moderately heated oven for 30 minutes, occasionally oiling.
