Canape - perhaps the easiest to prepare snack. Translated from the French "canapé" means "tiny." And in fact this is a one-tooth snack.   Canape with boiled pork and cucumber

Ingredients:

Ingredients:

chicken liver - 500 gr.

onion - 1 pc.

butter - 1 tbsp. l

vermouth or brandy - 30 ml

Boil chicken livers (15-20 minutes), fry in sunflower oil. Dice onion and fry in butter. In a blender, grind until smooth liver and onion. Add salt, vermouth or brandy. For beauty, the pate can be laid out in tartlets using a pastry bag. Garnish with cranberry sauce and parsley.

  Cheese tartlets with pineapple and crab sticks


Ingredients:

hard cheese - 150 gr.

starch - 1 tbsp. l

Canned pineapple - 100 gr.

crab sticks - 5 pcs.

garlic - 3 cloves

Surprise guests by preparing baskets and cheese. For this 100 gr. grate cheese, mix with starch. 2-3 art. l put the cheese in a preheated teflon frying pan and fry for 3-5 minutes on each side. Put the soft cheese on the upturned glass and leave it to freeze.

Canned pineapples, crab sticks and 50 gr. cheese cut into cubes very finely. Add garlic and mayonnaise passed through the press, mix everything. Stuffing spread out in baskets. Garnish with green salad and lightly toasted black sesame.

  Lavash Snacks

Pita bread is also a popular and convenient form of serving snacks on a holiday table. Pita bread is also convenient because you can prepare pita bread rolls in advance and then there will be more time for other things before the guests arrive.   Spinach Pita with Cheese and Cranberries

Ingredients:

pita bread with spinach (you can ordinary) - 2 pcs.

cream cheese (like "Philadelphia") - 300 gr.

Feta cheese - 300 gr.

Green onions - 100 gr.

dried cranberries - 300 gr.

lemon - ½ pcs. for juice

Mix the cheeses with the chopped green onions, add the cranberries, salt a little. Pita sprinkle with lemon juice, put the filling on it and roll tightly. Roll the wrap cling film and send for a couple of hours in the refrigerator. When serving, cut into rings 2 cm thick.

  Lavash roll with eggs and cheese


Ingredients:

- Armenian pita bread - 1 pc.

- chicken eggs - 6 pcs.

- hard cheese - 200 gr.

- dill - 70 gr.

- garlic - 5 cloves

- Mustard - 2 tbsp.

- mayonnaise - 100 gr.

Cook eggs, let cool and three on a coarse grater. Crushed on the grated cheese. Finely cut the dill. In a mayonnaise press we press the garlic, mix with mustard. Mix all the ingredients, fill with mayonnaise with mustard and spread this mass of pita leaf. Wrap pita bread as tightly as possible, wrap with cling film and put in the fridge for a couple of hours. Cut into portions, garnish with cucumbers or greens.

  Salmon and cheese turrets

Ingredients:

Smoked salmon - 400 gr.

Boil eggs beforehand and cool. Cut the salmon into thin strips. Place molds for cupcakes on a flat surface, for example, a tray, cover with cling film, and place sliced ​​salmon on the bottom of the mold so that its edges protrude slightly outwards. Now using a blender, chop eggs, garlic and green onions, add cream cheese, salt and pepper. Put the creamy filling in each form on the salmon so that the filling protrudes slightly from the form. Top to close the protruding salmon ends. The ends of the cling film are also wrapped. On top of the molds, put a kitchen chopping board with some weight. This is necessary in order to seal the filling. Leave in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours. When serving, decorate with strips of green onions.

  Puff pastry canape with salmon



ANDingredients:

puff pastry - 450 gr.

egg - 1 pc.

Camembert or Brie cheese - 100 gr.

salted salmon - 200 gr.

butter - 50 gr.

cream - 150 ml

parsley and basil - 1 tbsp. l

Frozen puff pastry is defrosted, cut into diamonds and put on a baking sheet greased with butter. Grease the diamonds with whipped egg yolk on top and place in an oven heated at 170 ° C for 20-30 minutes. Whip the cream. Blender mix Camembert (or Brie) cheese with butter, add cream and finely chopped parsley and basil. Put a cream on each diamond and a slice of salmon on top. Decorate with a sprig of dill or a slice of lemon. For a change in half canapés, you can put shrimp.

  Salted salted trout with cucumber

Ingredients:

cucumber - 3 pcs.

lemon for juice - 1 pc.

light-salted trout (salmon) - 200 gr.

cream cheese - 200 gr.

cream - 100 ml.

sun dried tomatoes - 20 gr.

gelatin - 20 gr.

vegetable broth - 200 ml.

salt, pepper to taste

Soak gelatin with cold water before swelling. In vegetable broth, heating, dissolve gelatin. Allow to cool slightly, pour into portioned glasses, put cucumbers into slices in broth and refrigerate until frozen. In a blender, whip cream cheese and cream, add finely chopped dried tomatoes and dill. Put the cream on the frozen jelly. Put another 30 minutes in the fridge. Before serving, put a slice of trout in each cup and decorate with a sprig of dill.

  Cheese Salmon Tartlets

Ingredients:

smoked salmon - 100 gr.

processed cheese - 200 gr.

grated ginger root - 1 tsp.

cheese for baskets of durum varieties - 100 gr.

  Korean Carrot Cheese Rolls


Ingredients:

Sheet melted cheese - 16 pcs.

Korean carrot - 300 gr.

egg - 3 pcs.

garlic - 2 cloves

Cream 30% fat - 3 tbsp. l

Ingredients:

These lovely creatures will be a wonderful decoration of the festive table, will pleasantly surprise your guests with their exquisite taste, and they will especially delight the kids with their bizarre shape. They simply will not be able to refuse such a curiosity!


We will need:

  • squid - 12 pieces
  • fresh champignons - 12-15 pieces
  • eggs - 3 pieces
  • rice - 150 grams
  • one medium carrot
  • one medium onion

Cooking:

  1. We clean squid and literally for two or three minutes we put it in salted boiling water so that they curl into beautiful carcasses from which we will make pigs. Give cool.
  2. Cooking stuffing. Boil eggs and rice. Finely chopped mushrooms fry with onions and carrots. Finely chop the eggs, mix with rice, mushrooms, onions and carrots. Add mayonnaise, pepper and salt to taste (do not overdo it with salt! There is salt in mayonnaise, we have salted squid, and you probably also have salted the mushrooms when frying).
  3. We start stuffing the “trousers” of future sea pigs, that is, we stuff the squids, after cutting off their tails and fins, which will go to our “pig” ears-tails.
  4. In place of the peephole and ears, we make small cuts, and insert triangles of squid (cut from the tails and fins separated from the carcasses) and peas in them. Well, what you do not pig?! Lubricate our cute mayonnaise and send to the oven for about 15 minutes. Eating !! Here are just eating these cuties oh how sorry!

Puff Pastry Tartlets with Filling

Tartlets and profiteroles (choux buns) are a great way to arrange a festive table nicely and quickly, conveniently and in an original way to serve pies, mousses and salads, and just tasty feed the guests. You can buy ready-made tartlets or, using special baking tins, you can bake baskets yourself. Well, if nothing of this was at hand, use the recipe for puff pastry tartlets, boats, for the preparation of which does not require anything special, and the process itself is as simple and understandable as possible. We will prepare tartlets with only two types of toppings, but in fact there is just a limitless field for culinary experiments.



We will need:

  • puff yeast dough - 300 grams
  • one egg
  • almette cheese - 100 grams
  • red caviar - 50 grams
  • avocado - 1 piece
  • half sweet red pepper
  • garlic - 1 slice
  • dill - 10 grams
  • lemon juice - 10 ml

Cooking:

  • Roll out the puff pastry to a thickness of 0.5 centimeters. If the dough is in your roll, it will be enough just to unwind it and cut it into small squares.
  • With a delicate movement of the hand we transform each small square into a boat. The edges must be lubricated with a beaten egg so that our boats do not fall apart. We immediately lay out the boats on a baking sheet, in some places we pierce them with a fork and pour a little dry beans into each one in order to maintain the desired shape. Be sure to take advantage of this little trick, otherwise your flotilla may be skewed. Preheat oven to 200 degrees and bake for about 20 minutes. We release the finished tartlets from the beans.



  • Making cheese filling: cheese "Almette" (can be replaced with any other curd cheese) mixed with finely chopped dill and garlic.
  • To prepare the avocado stuffing, peel the fruit and thoroughly knead with a fork to a uniform consistency. Salt to taste and add some freshly squeezed lemon juice.
  • Teaspoon gently lay out the stuffing in tartlets. You can decorate the shoes to your own taste and color. An excellent taste and decorative addition to our fillings will be red caviar and red paprika. The taste of caviar goes well with avocado. Alternatively, you can use nuts, sesame seeds, shrimp or greens.

Cherry tomatoes with cucumber cheese filling

Ingredients:

Cherry tomatoes - 24 pcs.
  Cream Cheese - 100 g
  Mayonnaise - 2 tbsp. l
  Average cucumber - ½ pcs.
  Chopped green onions - 1 tbsp. l
  Finely chopped fresh dill - 2 tsp.

Cooking:

1. Peel the cucumber and cut it into very small cubes.
  2. In tomatoes, cut off the top and carefully remove the pulp. We put on a paper towel "bottom" up to stack extra juice.
  3. In a bowl, mix mayonnaise and cream cheese until smooth, mix cucumber, dill and green onions.

Almost all classic recipes with bread, such as sprats, began to become obsolete. And now there are very few people who can be surprised, but to be honest, no one wants them now.

Our soul and stomach want something in a new way. And for this, I prepared for you recipes for appetizers on the holiday table, which are painted in detail with photos.

  Stuffed Mushrooms

In my first recipe, I will tell you how to make stuffed champignons at home.
