You can also add various seasonings to mayonnaise, with the help of which we will get a spicy taste. After all the procedures, it is advisable to put the mayonnaise in the refrigerator to cool.
We begin to make a salad of squid, eggs and green peas.


While our freshly made mayonnaise is cooling in the refrigerator, let's move on to preparing the ingredients for the salad. Let's boil the eggs. We clean the onion from the husk and preferably finely chop.


Let's move on to the squid. To begin with, the squid must be boiled. We wash the carcass well under water, cut into small pieces (squares). As soon as the water in the pan boils, we lower the squids into boiling water and count to 10. Then they will retain their beneficial properties and at the same time will not be tough, because the longer they are cooked, the harder the meat will be. Then we cut the boiled squid into strips of small thickness.


The following steps are performed in a slow cooker, but you can easily handle it at the stove in a pan. We put the multicooker on the “frying” mode at a low temperature (130-140 0C) for about 10 minutes. In a heated bowl, put the butter, which should melt and begin to foam slightly. Then fry the onion, stirring, for 2-3 minutes.


Then add chopped calamari and mix well. Salt to taste. Fry the contents for no more than 2 minutes to keep the softness of the squid.


Pre-boiled eggs are peeled and chopped for salad.


Put the squids with onions in a separate bowl.


Add chopped eggs and mix.


Open a can of canned green peas and lay out 3/4.
Mix again.


We take out the mayonnaise from the refrigerator and season the salad with two tablespoons of mayonnaise.


We put the finished salad of squid and green peas on a plate and decorate with herbs at our discretion.
