Pour the third part of the mixture into a separate container and add cocoa powder there, mix. Pour this mixture with cocoa into a special form, which is removable, and immerse in the freezer for 12 minutes, then remove and pour the remaining mixture into the same place until the end.

Place in the freezer. In the meantime, puree the strawberries: mix the sugar and strawberries in a blender. Take 50 g of water, add the remaining gelatin and leave for 10 minutes. Heat over low heat, stirring occasionally. Cool and pour in strawberry puree. Stir well and pour it into the cured yogurt mixture as the last layer. We send to the freezer

  • 200 g biscuits (dry)
  • 90 g butter
  • 150 g cottage cheese (homemade)
