Cheese can be not only an excellent snack for wine, but also a tasty, nutritious breakfast. When fried, this product is perfectly combined with a cup of aromatic coffee, it can be served with white sauce as a supplement to a vegetable side dish, or as a snack to beer. Under its crisp crust lies a fragrant stretching cheese mass. At the same time, the taste of fried cheese slices will directly depend on what kind of it you fry and with which spices you will combine it.

This appetizing fried cheese is served hot, because it loses all its taste appeal in a cold form. Therefore, we recommend cooking it "on time".

Ingredients Required:

  • adyghe cheese
  • vegetable oil
  • salt pepper
  • semolina
  • eggs - 1 pc

Cooking method:

  1. cut our cheese piece into slices, roll them down in layers: the first layer is flour, the second is a slightly beaten egg (with salt and pepper or other seasonings you love), the third and last is semolina;
  2. fry the breaded cheese slices in butter until delicious zolotnitsa.

Ingredients Required:

  • hard cheese
  • breadcrumbs or coarse cornmeal
  • spices - to taste
  • eggs -1 pc
  • vegetable oil

Cooking method:

  1. we cut cheese in small squares (about 0.5 cm thick);
  2. mix spices with breadcrumbs. You can add sesame seeds, which are well combined with the taste of cheese;
  3. egg slightly whisk;
  4. cheese dip dipped in egg, then in breadcrumbs, immediately dipped again in egg and breadcrumbs;
  5. then send it to a well-heated pan, pre-pouring vegetable oil. On medium heat, fry on each side for about two minutes.

Fried Cheese with Honey and Garlic Sauce

Prepare such fragrant fried cheese according to the previous recipe, and make the sauce separately.

Ingredients Required:

  • olive oil - 1 tbsp. l
  • garlic - 1 tooth
  • honey - 3 tbsp. l
  • red pepper - on the tip of a knife

Cooking method:

  1. mix honey with olive oil;
  2. chop the garlic and add to the sauce;
  3. pepper, mix - spicy sauce for grilled cheese is ready.

Ingredients Required:

  • cheese (Dutch) - 200 g
  • bread crumbs - 250 g
  • eggs - 2 pieces
  • pickled cucumbers - 2 pcs
  • premium wheat flour - 250 g
  • garlic - 1 tooth
  • mayonnaise (light) - 200 g
  • onion - 1 pc

Cooking method:

  1. we cut our cheese pieces into 1.5 cm thick;
  2. pour flour in one bowl, crackers in the second, and eggs in the third — whipped eggs;
  3. now we are making for our cheese pieces a tight “armor” that will keep it inside the breading. To do this, roll each piece according to the following scheme: eggs - flour - eggs - crackers. Dry panned cheese slices on a plate and repeat the procedure;
  4. we grease the bowl of the multicooker with oil, set the “Pilaf” mode and fry our cheese pieces on both sides until golden brown. At the same time, contact them very carefully, so that the cheese melted during the cooking process does not flow out;
  5. now let's move on to the sauce: chop the onion, garlic and cucumber with a blender, mix the resulting gruel with mayonnaise, add everything and pepper.

Grilled cheese: calorie

Such an appetizing dish as fried cheese cannot be called low-calorie - 100 g of such yummy “live” about 300 kcal. However, if you do not exceed this 100% “dose,” then you will not have to worry about your volumes. Regarding the method of its preparation, that is, frying, it can also be quite safe for the body, if you use refined vegetable or melted butter for this. In addition, toasted cheese is rich in animal proteins, so it will benefit those who want to increase the mass, but losing weight it is better to exclude from the diet.

I first tried fried cheese in batter in Prague and literally fell in love with it from the first sample, the “bite”, so to speak. I literally lost the peace, so I wanted to try to cook something like that tasty food.

And just recently, leafing through one cookbook, I came across a recipe for that same cheese. True, the recipe used cheese with mold, but I was not upset (I have a bias against this cheese) and made my own adjustments with ease. Instead of cheese with mold, I used our native Suluguni and remained, very pleased with the final result.

Sweet cranberry sauce as well as possible complements the taste of roasted salted cheese. This original snack can be served even at the festive table. Your guests will eat everything at once, and will ask for more supplements. This snack is wonderfully combined with red or white wine.

Fried cheese in batter with cranberry sauce - a recipe with step by step photos

Ingredients:

  • Suluguni cheese (or any other salted cheese) 200 gr.,
  • Egg 1 pc.,
  • Flour 3 tbsp.
  • Breadcrumbs 3 tbsp.,
  • Refined sunflower oil 100 ml.
  • For the sauce:
  • Cranberry 100 gr.,
  • Sugar 100 gr.,
  • Corn starch 1 tsp

How to cook fried cheese in batter with cranberry sauce:

  1. Cheese cut into small pieces.

  2. Egg break into a bowl, beat with a fork. Prepare flour and breadcrumbs. First, dip the cheese in the egg.

  3. Then dip cheese in flour. Then opyat in egg and flour.

  4. Lastly, dip cheese in breadcrumbs.

  5. Fry cheese in a deep fat fryer or in a deep pan with boiling oil. Fry literally 30 seconds, making sure that the cheese does not begin to flow. We cover the plate with a napkin. We spread the cheese on a napkin, in order to absorb excess fat. Give the cheese to cool.

  6. We spread the cheese on a plate and decorate with parsley. Now let's do the cooking cranberry sauce.

  7. In a bowl, crush the cranberries with a tablespoon. Fill with sugar.

  8. Add 200 ml of boiled water and set in a microwave for 10 minutes. Pass the finished cranberry mass through a strainer.

  9. Dissolve starch in 50 ml of boiled cold water, and inject it into cranberry syrup with a small stream, stirring with a spoon. We put in the microwave for 2 minutes.

  10. Serve fried cheese in a warm form, cranberry sauce in a cold one. We serve thin wooden skewers to the cheese. We string a slice of fried cheese on a skewer, dip it in a cranberry sauce and enjoy the exquisite and unique taste of this wonderful snack.

Such cheese can be served for breakfast, dinner or a buffet table. By the way, if you have not tried, I advise you to try, very tasty!

Good cheese is in itself a wonderful dish that perfectly complements and emphasizes the taste of noble wine or champagne. As a festive snack, a cheese plate made to your taste is perfect, and you can add it breaded fried cheese with cranberry sauce.

To make cheese, breaded fried, with cranberry sauce, you will need:

125 BRIE cheese *;

2-3 art. l breadcrumbs *;

vegetable oil (for frying).

for the sauce:

3 tbsp. l grated with cranberry sugar ***;

1 tsp water;

½ tsp balsamic vinegar.

* - instead of cheese BRIE   CAMEMBERT cheese is also great.

** - I used purchased breadcrumbs with sesame and greens.

*** - if you do not have grated cranberries with sugar, you can use fresh or frozen cranberries or lingonberries (classic combination with cheese) for making berry sauce. Add granulated sugar to the berries to taste, balsamic vinegar and / or a little dry wine, bring to a boil and cook the sauce for another 2-3 minutes, it should thicken a little. Purify the finished sauce using a blender, if desired, the finished sauce can be rubbed through a sieve, so it will be more tender and without pieces of berries.

Heat the vegetable oil in the pan, fry the “breaded” pieces of cheese on each side until golden brown. Put fried cheese in breading on paper towel to remove excess oil.

Put the pieces of cheese, fried in breading, on a serving plate and put the sauce-dish with cranberry sauce. A glass of champagne or wine will also be very useful.
