3. After about 7-10 days, the pulp from the berries will rise to the top. Strain, pour the wine into another bottle, and put on the finished wine lid (you can take a regular plastic lid, make a hole in it and insert a rubber tube into it). Lower the end of the tube into a container of water. Clean the wine in a dark place for 40 days, and as soon as the gas stops flowing out of the tube, strain the wine, pour it into bottles and put it in a cool dark place for 20 days.
