  • full vinegar will not work without vinegar - it helps the protein envelop itself around the yolk;
  • cooking time is calculated in much the same way as with ordinary egg cooking. To get the condition "in the bag" 2 minutes are enough, for a denser - 5 minutes, and after 7 minutes you will get a hard-boiled egg. The condition of the yolk is checked with a light touch of a finger, for this a slotted spoon needs to be taken out of the water;
  • poached is also excellent from quail eggs.

And now let's try to create this masterpiece, it is done very simply.

First of all, we salt the water, add two teaspoons of vinegar and put on fire. Heated water to the desired state, we begin to interfere with a spoon in one direction, to get a water funnel. We will need:

  • 4 eggs;
  • 2 pieces of thin pita bread;
  • 3 tbsp. tablespoons of milk;
  • 100 g of grated cheese;
  • spinach;
  • salt.

Procedure:

  1. Pita bread cut to the size of the bottom of the bowl.
  2. Beat eggs with milk and salt.
  3. We close the bottom of the miracle oven with lavash, on top - a little cheese and spinach, pour some of the beaten eggs. Repeat the other layers in the same way. The last is pita bread sprinkled with grated cheese.
  4. We set the baking / frying / fast cooking mode. After 20 minutes, the omelet is already on the table! Good appetite!

This delicacy will appeal to sweet tooth who love to start their day with a delicious dessert. They will enjoy breakfast with a delicious airy souffle, which is prepared in haste.

We need the following ingredients:

  • 4 egg whites
  • 100 g of milk chocolate;
  • 250 g of sugar;
  • 1 tbsp. a spoon of cocoa;
  • vanillin (to taste);
  • 1.5 tbsp. tablespoons of gelatin.

Beat the whites with a mixer or whisk until soft peaks, then gradually begin to inject sugar, cocoa and vanillin, continuing to whip until a stable foam. We dilute gelatin with water, as indicated in the instructions, and mix with the prepared proteins. We spread the dessert in the molds and put in the refrigerator until it hardens. Then we pour the cooled melted chocolate on the souffle and again return it to the refrigerator for another 10 minutes.

Now it remains to pour into the cups, put our souffle on the table and ... "let the whole world wait ...".
