You will need:  1 kg of honey, 500 g of sugar, apples, red and black currants, apples, 1.5 cups of walnuts.

How to cook currant jam on honey:  Prepare the berries, pour them with water and put on the stove, when they soften, rub through a sieve. From liquid honey and sugar, boil the syrup, dip apples, nuts (chopped into thin slices) into it, bring to a boil, add mashed potatoes, boil for an hour on moderate heat, stirring occasionally. Arrange the jam hot in sterile jars, roll up.

RECIPE OF CURRANT-BANANA JAM

You will need:  1 liter of juice of red currant berries, 600 g of sugar, 5 bananas.
