  7. We divide the minced meat into 8 parts and form round cakes. Put the patties on a baking sheet.
  8. Spread the fried onions on top, and egg-mayonnaise mixture on it.
  9. Rub the raw potatoes on a coarse grater (just at this time, not earlier: otherwise it will darken), salt and pepper to taste, mix.

Ingredients:

  • 500 grams of beef (minced meat)
  • 4 boiled eggs (if the eggs are small, then 5 can be)
  • 150-200 grams of hard cheese
  • 4 medium sized potatoes
  • 2 medium onions
  • 50 grams of mayonnaise (I have 50% fat content)
  • 3 tbsp. spoons of sour cream (I have a rustic one)
  • greens optional
  • salt and pepper

The ingredients are simple and affordable, everything turns out satisfying and unusually tasty. I just can not resist, and I write that it is delicious, because it really is. So, let's start cooking.

Cooking:

  1. You can use pork or beef, I have beef today (you can use a mixture of minced pork and beef). I haven’t tried to cook chicken and turkey.
  2. I twisted the meat through a meat grinder (we need minced meat).
  3. Onions must be peeled and cut into cubes, fry it in vegetable oil, but do not fry.
  4. I boiled the eggs in salted water (this way they are better cleaned). Cool eggs, peel and cut into cubes. Add 1-2 tbsp. tablespoons sour cream, salt and pepper.
  5. I have young potatoes (summer in the yard), peel and grate it, add salt and pepper to taste. You can still season the potatoes with sour cream or mayonnaise, and mix, but I do not add.
  6. I rubbed the cheese on a grater (I have hard cheese for children, but usually I use Russian). In fact, it does not matter what kind of hard cheese you use, the main thing is that you like the cheese that you add.
  7. I add salt and pepper, finely chopped dill, 1 full tablespoon of sour cream to the minced meat. I mix everything and set it aside. You can add onions, garlic, white bread (optional).
  8. If desired, add dry spicy herbs to the minced meat, this will further emphasize the taste and aroma of meat.
  9. I’ll cook minced stoops in the oven, so I’ll need a baking sheet (you can take a glass baking dish). I covered the form with parchment, or grease it with vegetable oil.
  10. From this amount of minced meat, 8 pieces are obtained. stacks. Divide the meat into 8 parts. Form round "flat cakes" (cutlets flattened). Spread them on a baking sheet.
  11. Put fried onions on top of the meat, try to take onions without vegetable oil. Distribute all onions to meat.
  12. Next, I lay eggs with sour cream. Gently distribute everything on the surface.
  13. Next is a layer of potatoes. For each stack of minced meat, you need to put potatoes.
  14. And I put grated hard cheese on the potatoes.
  15. From above, I grease everything with mayonnaise. I use mayonnaise 50% fat in store, but you can use homemade. This must be done necessarily, so a golden cheese crust is formed and the cheese does not spread.
  16. Homemade mayonnaise recipes can be found in this article.
  17. We send the stacks of minced meat, eggs, potatoes and cheese into the oven for 40 - 45 minutes, I bake them at a temperature of 200 degrees.
  18. The smell simply enchants, we could not wait for the dish to be cooked.
  19. We take the dish out of the oven and serve it hot.

You can sprinkle with any finely chopped herbs. And no side dish is needed for him. This is an unusually tasty dish, hearty, appetizing. Awesome. Just in moderation. The recipe is just wonderful, guests are always delighted, they eat with great pleasure.

Do not be ashamed to serve guests and hearty feed the whole family. Moreover, both adults and children like the dish.

How to cook minced meat steaks under a fur coat in the oven

To make our minced meat shreds delicious and beautiful, we will divide the whole process into three stages. First, prepare the products and mix them, and then we will form the stacks. The final step will be cooking in the oven.

Combine minced meat with ground crackers, salt and black pepper, and then mix it very carefully.

Peel the onion, washed in very cold water (so as not to cry), cut into small cubes and fry until golden in a little sunflower oil (it is better to take refined).

Boil hard-boiled eggs (this is 9–10 minutes), cool in cold water and clean, then grate them or chop finely with a knife.

Hard cheese must be grated coarsely.

Peel the raw potatoes, rinse them in cold water and also chop them using a commercially available cellular grater.

Now that all the products are ready, we begin to form stacks:

From the minced meat we will form large enough balls, they must be flattened carefully to take the form of cakes, make a small depression in them and put on the bottom of a deep frying pan or baking dish greased with sunflower oil.

In the center of each cake, place a little fried onion.

Sprinkle onion with grated eggs.

It’s the turn of raw potatoes: put it on the eggs in the form of a fluffy hat and slightly flatten it with your hand or spoon.

We abundantly cover our stacks with hard cheese, being careful not to crumble outside of the tortillas (otherwise it will burn in a pan, but we don’t need it at all).

Put the mold with the stacks in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for about 35 minutes.

When the minced meat and potatoes are well baked, and on top of it a ruddy cheese crust of minced meat shavings under a fur coat is formed, cooked in the oven are ready.

Serving minced chicken stacks is best done hot, along with some light side dish, such as a salad of fresh vegetables.

  • If you don’t have time for forming the stacks, but still want to have a tasty meal, you can simplify the task by laying out the prepared foods in layers in a wide baking dish. In this order: minced chicken, fried onions, eggs, potatoes, and cheese at the very top.
  • Minced meat stacks can have many options. So, you can add fried mushrooms to the onion, and mix the eggs with finely chopped fresh tomatoes. It is possible, as already mentioned, to replace potatoes with tomatoes. It will also be delicious.
  • Between the stacks, be sure to leave a little space, so they will get a golden brown on all sides and will be tastier.
  • If you want to have a more presentable dish. Put the grated cheese 10 minutes before the end of cooking. But be careful. Stozhki and baking sheet are very hot.

Step by step recipes for minced meat in the oven under a fur coat: tips and secrets

- Stacks from fresh, previously not frozen minced meat are tastiest.

- Unlike cutlets, do not put a soaked bun in the minced meat of the stacks.

- Eggs added to the minced meat can make the finished product harsh. To avoid this is simple: put only the yolk in the meat mass or use no more than one egg per kilogram of minced meat.

- The stacks will be softer and juicier if you add a little boiling water to the minced meat.

- So that the ground beef stews do not turn out to be dry, add a little fat to the ground beef.

- When spreading the stacks on a baking sheet, be sure to leave a gap between them so that they bake simultaneously from all sides.

- Prepared patty cutlets, if desired, can be sprinkled with breading: ground crackers, flour, semolina, sesame seeds.

- The taste of the finished stacks depends not only on the products and meat used for the coat, but also on the choice of spices. Try to add aromatic herbs, paprika, allspice, fresh herbs, chopped raw or fried onions, a little tomato paste to the minced meat.

- Usually, the stacks are served without a side dish, supplemented only with fresh or canned vegetables. But you can optionally serve boiled rice, buckwheat, and mashed potatoes for them. Enjoy your meal.

Good day! Thank you very much for your recipes, this favorite is my favorite cake)) I’m ready to eat it all myself)) I just can’t understand why trouble happens from time to time when I introduce gelatin. Melted chocolate and butter, then whipped cold cream, introduced chocolate, slightly whipped at low speed until combined. I introduce gelatin and at this moment the whole mass becomes grains. As a bundle (((What am I doing wrong? I even measured the temperature. The mass of chocolate + cream is 18-20 degrees, the gelatin is slightly cooled to 37-40 degrees, because it seems that you should not introduce hot into the hungry one. I thought because of this This is the first thing that happens, and it also happens that the mass is good, and the gelatin is partially curled into small balls and these grains fall into the mousse. Tell me, please, what am I doing wrong? Thanks!

I have a shape of 25cm, but not high, on the advice of the comment above, I made the chocolate cake more, soaked in juice (although I could have had more, not to regret it directly). Due to the large chocolate cake, I did not have enough space for the last layer of jelly. Therefore, I advise you to consider this point. Well, we decided as a family that next time we will diversify this recipe by adding between cakes of berries and nuts. In general, it turned out delicious. Be sure to soak, otherwise it will be dry. And you can also cut into length cakes and make a filling between us.
