Ingredient preparation

1. Boil chicken breast in lightly salted water. Cool, peel, if you are not using the finished fillet, and cut into small cubes or small straws. Who as he wants.

Someone leaves the skin, someone removes. But if we are for a healthy diet, it is better to remove it. In addition, in my opinion, chicken skin, which, if not removed, interferes with the delicate taste in general. If it is possible to freeze wild mushrooms, be sure to use it. All dishes with their use in winter and spring can also be made from frozen mushrooms.

But if it was not possible to make stocks, then mushrooms that are sold all year round come to the rescue - these are champignons. 3. Mushrooms must be cleaned from forest litter. And also clean the leg, scraping it and removing the dark layer. Cut into large pieces. Then pour them with water and boil them.

10. Prepare mayonnaise and sour cream. You can fill the ingredients only with mayonnaise. I will do 50 to 50, mixing sour cream and mayonnaise. So, the finished dish will turn out less calorie and more delicious, because two gas stations are always better than one.

If you can make mayonnaise yourself, make it yourself. Homemade mayonnaise is certainly better than its store counterparts. But if you buy in a store, then do not save and buy good quality mayonnaise. Better using olive oil.
