  4. Put the finished dough in a container oiled, cover with cling film and leave in a warm place for 45 minutes.

  5. Now it's time to start forming buns. Divide the dough, which increased in volume by about 2 times, into 12 equal parts and roll a bun from each.

  6. Cover the formed balls with cling film and leave to proof for 10 minutes.
  7. Lubricate the baking dish and table top with vegetable oil. Using a rolling pin, roll the ball into an oblong layer and roll it up with a tight roll.
