How to cook

The first thing I do is in an odd way. I brew dry yeast with warm sugar in warm water.

Next I add mayonnaise, salt and oil.

I introduce an egg (one) already beaten in a separate container and in small portions of flour.

I knead a soft, slightly sticky dough that swells right in front of my eyes. I put it in a bowl greased with oil, cover it with food wrap and send it to the refrigerator for about half an hour.

In the meantime, I proceed to prepare the filling. I pour vegetable oil into a mug and throw margarine there, melt over low heat.

In parallel, boil hard-boiled eggs. Finely chop the green onion (not forgetting to rinse it under a stream of water beforehand), cutting off the white ends, which I then use to prepare the main dishes. I chopped and shelled eggs with a knife.

I put the chopped ingredients in a bowl, season with salt, pour over melted oils and mix well.

The filling is ready, and by that time the dough for the pie is trying to get out of the cup (35 minutes were enough).

I make a cake. On oiled parchment, I knead the dough with my hands (a little more than ¼ of the total volume) into a rectangular-sized layer and transfer it onto a baking sheet.

I distribute the onion and egg filling on the surface of the dough.

I close the pie with a second layer, fasten the edges.
