Salad with fresh vegetables and herbs:

Liver plates.   We make a liver paste: 0.5 kg of boiled or fried liver, 1 carrot, 1 onion, 0.5 packs of plums. oils, salt and spices to taste. Scroll the liver with vegetables in a meat grinder, mix everything. Then put on “wheat plates”, tartlets or bread.

Fat.   Salo can be used both as a slicer and as a kind of snack by chopping it together with garlic and pepper in a meat grinder. Then put this mixture on bread. It turns out especially tasty if such sandwiches are slightly warmed over a bonfire on a wire rack.

Hot

Chicken breast fritters.   Finely chop the raw chicken breast, 1 onion, salt, pepper, mix with mayonnaise and fry in a pan.

Chicken cutlets.   Scroll the chicken breast, add a small piece of lard or pork, 2 eggs, salt, pepper, a little milk, bread or potatoes. Mix thoroughly and fry.

Hepatic pancakes.   Grind 0.5 kg of chicken liver in a meat grinder or blender, 1-2 eggs, 2 tbsp. tablespoons of milk, onion, 100-200 gr. flour. Thoroughly mix to a thick sour cream and spread the pancakes in a heated pan.

Fish in the sauce. Ingredients: 3 large pollock, 1 carrot, 1 onion, 100 gr. milk, 2 tbsp. tablespoons sour cream, salt, pepper. We spread the fish in a hot pan, fry on both sides, add chopped carrots and onions, simmer for 5 minutes, add milk, sour cream, seasoning, simmer for another 5-10 minutes.

Boiled rice with fried mushrooms. Separately, cook rice and fry the mushrooms with onions, then mix or spread the mushrooms on top of the rice.

Oven baked chicken wings.   A few hours before baking, soak the chicken wings in the sauce: sour cream or mayonnaise, salt, pepper, spicy seasoning. Then spread on a baking sheet and bake until crisp.

Potato casserole.   Wrap in a thin pita bread, spreading in layers: mashed potatoes, minced meat or stew, fried onions, cheese, sour cream.

Warm meat salad.   Fried separately: finely chopped chicken breast, a little beef and vegetables: eggplant, zucchini, onions. We spread the slide on a plate, serve short.

  Caramel Salmon

A quick and tasty recipe for a hot dish, which is suitable for both a festive table and a quick dinner.

Ingredients:

  • salmon fillet - 1 kg.
  • honey - 3 tbsp. l
  • apple juice - 1 cup
  • salt, pepper to taste
  • olive oil

For quick cooking, preheat the oven to 200°   C. Mix 1 cup apple juice with 3 tbsp. l honey, bring to a boil and cook 1 minute. Cut salmon into portions and put in a baking dish greased with olive oil.


Bake fish in the oven for 10 minutes. After that, remove salmon from the oven, salt, pepper and fry in a pan for 2 minutes on each side until a ruddy glazed crust forms. When serving, sprinkle with lemon juice.

  Salmon in Ginger Marinade


This dish is also cooked very quickly, and ginger gives it a specific taste. Moreover, such a fish steak invariably turns out to be soft and aromatic.

Ingredients:

  • salmon fillet - 1 kg.
  • ginger root is about 3-4 cm.
  • sesame seeds - 2 tbsp. l
  • soy sauce - 2 tbsp. l
  • sunflower, olive or sesame seedsoil

Cut salmon or other red fish into pro-rated pieces. Peel the ginger root and grate. Mix ginger, soy sauce and olive, sunflower oil (sesame oil is even better). Marinate fish in this sauce for at least 5 minutes. Roll each slice in sesame seed. Fry in a hot pan for 3-4minutes on each side.

15 minutes is enough to cook this delicious meat, which will be a welcome guest on the festive table.


Ingredients:

  • pork (preferably a soft neck) - 0.5 kg.
  • onions - 2 pcs.
  • garlic - 2 cloves
  • soy sauce - 4 tbsp. l
  • chili sauce - 2 tsp.
  • ginger root - 2 cm.
  • green onions - 100 gr.

Cut the pork into portions in thin strips.

Chop onion rings, chop finely garlic. In a pan with the addition ofolive oil fry pork over high heat for 2 minutes. Then add onion and garlic to the pan, reduce the heat and fry for 5 minutes.

Now add soy sauce, chili sauce, grated ginger and finely chopped green onions to the meat pan.Cover and darken for another 2 minutes.

  Chinese-style chicken breast with vegetables

And this dish will take even less time, since chicken with soy sauce and ginger is cooked instantly, and the output is soft and juicy.

  • soy sauce - 50 ml.
  • canned pineapple - 1 can

Pour crushed chocolate into milk. Add cinnamon, ginger, grated nutmeg. Boil, stirring constantly, and cook for 2 minutes. Check that all the chocolate has melted. Pour hot into small glasses.
