If you replace it with flour, which also does not form gluten: rye or buckwheat, but the taste of the cake will be different! Melt the butter, add water, cottage cheese and banana to it. Mix all this with a blender to a puree state. Add cocoa, flour, kefir, soda and blender again. If the dough is very viscous, then add some more water or fermented baked milk. 7. The readiness of the cake is checked by a match. When it is taken out dry, remove the cake from the mold and cool it on the wire rack.
8. When the cake has cooled down, cut it into small rectangles to form cakes later.
9. Soak each rectangle with juice from the second half of an orange.
10. It's time to make a cream. To do this, beat the curd cheese with soft curd and stevia.

To prepare a lean carrot cake, first of all you need to mix grated carrots and sugar. Then you need to add oil and a small amount of flour with baking powder to the mixture. Knead the dough and gradually add the remaining sifted flour. Introduce chopped nuts and cinnamon into the finished mass. Stir again.
Take a baking dish, cover it with parchment paper, greased with oil, and pour the dough evenly. It should initially be of medium density. The cake is baked in an oven at a temperature of 200 degrees. Check it for readiness from time to time with a toothpick.

Carrots are rubbed on a grater, oat groats are crushed into flour. The mixture is mixed and sugar with vanilla is added there, then an egg and kefir. The result is a thick dough that needs to be divided into a couple of parts. Put the first in a greased form and send to bake for 20-25 minutes.
Now it’s the turn of preparing the toppings. Low-fat cottage cheese is mixed with currants, which, if desired, can be replaced with blueberries or any other suitable berries. When the first cake is ready, put the filling on it and fill it with the remaining dough. Send your mold back into the oven for half an hour. Once cooled, the cake can be served with aromatic tea.
It will take you no more than an hour to prepare this dessert. But the pleasure is enough for the whole evening.
Be sure, the orange vegetable and fruit coexist perfectly in one dessert, creating a truly unique taste.
This dessert comes out very interesting in taste - with aristocratic acidity.
