Stuffed zucchini in a slow cooker

Zucchini stuffed with minced meat is especially tender and tasty in a slow cooker. The dish is cooked simply, quickly and does not require constant monitoring. You just need to prepare the zucchini for stuffing, fill them with stuffing and, setting the mode "Quenching" for 40 minutes, wait for the signal. When using mature zucchini it is necessary to increase the time by 10 minutes.

Ingredients:

  • zucchini - 2 pcs .;
  • minced meat - 450 g;
  • sour cream - 150 ml;
  • cream - 200 ml.

Cooking

  1. Cut the zucchini into segments, remove the pulp, but save the bottom.
  2. Start the zucchini stuffing.
  3. For the sauce, mix the cream and sour cream.
  4. Place the courgettes in the crock-pot, pour in the sauce.
  5. Cook in Quenching mode for 40 minutes.
