Now, from liver pancakes, we smoothly proceed to the pancake cake from chicken liver. We usually make this dish for the holidays. It is very tasty and satisfying. It is swept off the table in the very first minutes of the feast.

  Classic liver cake with onions and carrots

Like pancakes, cake from them can be stuffed with anything. You can shift each layer with a different filling. The main thing is that the products are combined with each other.

How to bake pancakes, I will not describe, look in the previous recipe.

And for the filling we need:

  • 4 onion heads;
  • 3 medium carrots;
  • mayonnaise;
  • 4 to 5 cloves of garlic;
  • vegetable oil for sauteing vegetables;
  • salt, pepper to taste.

Dice the onion. Grate carrots better on a fine grater, but, in principle, without much difference. Fry onion for a few minutes, add carrots to it. Salt, pepper, if necessary.
