  • 50 g peeled shrimp,
  • 50 g of any greens
  • 2 pickled cucumbers
  • 100 g canned olives,
  • 1 loaf of wheat bread
  • 100 g mayonnaise,
  • some cherry tomatoes
  • salt, ground black pepper.

Cooking:

  • Boil the hard-boiled egg, let cool and clean, chop finely. Finely chop the pulp of sweet pepper. Mash the processed cheese with a fork. Peel and pass the garlic through a press.
  • Boil the shrimp in boiling salted water, let cool and chop finely. Chop greens, finely chop pickled cucumbers. Cut each olive in half.
  • Cut wheat bread into small slices (squares or figuratively) and dry in a non-hot oven.
  • Mix the processed cheese with eggs and divide the resulting mass into 4 parts. Mix the first with garlic and mayonnaise, the second with sweet pepper and mayonnaise, the third with shrimp and mayonnaise, and the fourth with herbs, cucumbers and mayonnaise. Put the resulting fillings on bread and smooth. Garnish with halves of cherry and slices of vegetables.

  • 500 g of suluguni cheese,
  • 2 eggs,
  • 100 g breadcrumbs,

  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 clove of garlic

  • salt, ground black pepper.

Cooking:

  • 4 large fleshy tomatoes,
  • 2 fresh small cucumbers,
  • 2 cloves of garlic,

  • 2 tbsp. tablespoons light mayonnaise,
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground paprika
  • salt, ground black pepper.

Cooking:

  1. Wash the chicken fillet, cut in half, pour hot water and cook for 40 minutes. Let cool and chop finely.
  2. Wash the cucumbers, dry, cut the ends, cut the flesh into small cubes. Pass the garlic through the press. Grind the nuts in a blender.
  3. Combine all the prepared ingredients with chicken, cilantro and mayonnaise, salt, pepper, sprinkle with ground paprika.

  • 200 g of crab meat,
  • 2 boiled eggs
  • 130 g of cheese

  2. Chop the parmesan for pesto sauce. Brown the nuts in a frying pan without oil. Wash and dry the basil. Peel and pass the garlic through a press. Grind the prepared ingredients in a blender, then gradually add olive oil and whisk everything.
  3. Dice feta cheese.
  4. Fill the tartlets with cheese filling and pesto sauce, put the fish on the cheese filling on top, cubes of feta cheese on the pesto and put it in the cold for 20 minutes. Before serving, you can decorate with green leaves.

You will need:

  • 4 branches of dill,
  • 5 eggs
  • 3 tbsp. tablespoons cream 10% fat,
  • 150 g of slightly salted red fish,
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 tbsp. a spoonful of lemon juice
  • 150 g of ricotta cheese,
  • 100 g of red caviar,
  • salt,
  • ground black pepper.

Cooking:

  1. Wash dill branches, dry well with a paper towel and chop. Beat eggs with a whisk with cream, add chopped dill, add a little salt and pepper. Bake a few thin omelet pancakes from the resulting mixture and let them cool well.
  2. For the filling, cut the red fish into small cubes. Wash, peel and cut avocados in half. Remove the bone, cut the pulp into thin slices. Sprinkle with lemon juice.

You will need:

  • 200 g of slightly salted salmon,
  • 1 cucumber
  • 100 g of cottage cheese
  • 1 teaspoon canned horseradish,
  • zest of 1 lemon,
  • 4 branches of dill,
  • 70 g of red caviar,
  • salt, ground black pepper.

Cooking:

  1. Cut the salmon into very thin slices. Wash the cucumber, peel, remove the seeds, cut the pulp into thin, long slices.
  2. Mix cheese with horseradish and lemon zest. Salt and pepper to taste. Wash the dill branches and dry well. Divide into small twigs.
  3. Sliced \u200b\u200bsalmon slices with curd cheese and roll. Place on a plate vertically, with the cut up. Stick a slice of cucumber (1-2), a sprig of dill and garnish with caviar.

For rolls:
  • 3 eggplants
  • 200 g of fish (preferably river),
  • 3 tomatoes
  • salt, ground black pepper,
  • 4 tbsp. tablespoons of olive oil,
  • lemon juice,
  • lettuce leaves.
  For garlic sauce:
  • 4 cloves of garlic,
  • 150 g mayonnaise
  • ground black pepper

Cooking:

  1. Prepare the fish. Wash, cut and separate the meat from the bones. Remove small bones with tweezers, stretching the fillet pieces over the edge of the bowl (so they are better visible). Then cut the fillet into small pieces and sprinkle with lemon juice.
  2. Heat 2 tbsp in a pan tablespoons of olive oil. Slices of fish lightly salt, pepper and fry on both sides. Put the fish from the pan on a paper towel to stack excess fat.
  3. Wash and clean the eggplants. Then cut lengthwise into slices. Heat the remaining olive oil and fry the eggplant in portions until golden brown. Spread them out of the pan on a paper towel so that the fat is absorbed.
  4. Wash and cut the tomatoes in circles. For each eggplant slice put a piece of fish fillet and a circle of tomato. Roll up the rolls and fasten them with wooden skewers.
  5. For the sauce, peel the garlic, pass through a press and mix with mayonnaise. Season with black pepper to taste. Pour rolls with sauce. Serve cold on lettuce leaves.
