  • 30 ml of rice vinegar;
  • 16 g French mustard;
  • 5-8 g sugar;
  • paprika, red pepper.

Cooking processes:

  1. Boil the eggs, cut them in half.

  4. Add mayonnaise, rice vinegar, ground mustard and sugar.

  1. Preheat the oven to 190 degrees.
  2. Fry neat strips of bacon in a skillet.
  3. Cut out circles from rectangular slices of bread, use a special cookie cutter or the bottom of a glass.
  4. Roll a piece of bacon around the perimeter of the bread circle.
  5. Pour some shredded cheese into the center of each piece of bread.
