You will need:

300 g chicken fillet
250 g frozen green beans
4 eggs
5 small potatoes
50 g pitted olives (kalamata)
150 g cherry tomatoes (or regular tomatoes)
100 g lettuce
3 tbsp. l. olive oil
2 tsp granular mustard (optional)
1 tbsp. l. lemon juice
2 cloves of garlic

How to cook:

Boil the chicken fillet until tender. Cool and cut into 1.5 cm pieces. For dressing, peel and chop the garlic. Whisk in the mustard oil and add the garlic and lemon juice. Whisk again.

Bring the chicken broth to a boil, boil the beans in it until soft. Discard in a colander and cool.

Boil the potatoes in their skins, cool and cut into quarters. Boil eggs in a bag - 5-6 minutes, peel and cut into halves. Olives can be cut into slices, or you can leave them whole, cut the tomatoes in half.
Combine lettuce, beans, potatoes and tomatoes, season with half the dressing, stir. Put on a dish, top with chicken pieces, olives, half eggs. Drizzle with the remaining dressing.

You will need:

pork leg (boneless) - 2 kg
carrots - 1 pc.
onion - 1 pc.
ginger - 50 g
lime juice (lemon) - 8 tbsp. l.

How to cook:

Peel carrots, onions and ginger and chop coarsely. After the specified time, gently turn the carcass over and fry the same amount, periodically pouring melted fat on the goose. Then we bring it to readiness (when the meat is punctured, the juice from the carcass should flow out transparent), depending on the oven and the size of the poultry.

While the goose is cooking with apples, you can do the sauce. Broth first. Put the cut wings, giblets, cut fat, spices, chopped carrots and the second onion fried in a dry pan into a saucepan. Fill with water, bring to a boil and cook for about 10 minutes. Approximately 10 tablespoons of goose fat melted during the baking of poultry, mix with a couple of tablespoons of flour, put on the fire, add a glass of alcohol, salt, a couple of ladles of goose broth and cook together, stirring, until the sauce thickens.

Let the finished bird stand for 10-15 minutes, covering it with foil to make it juicier. Serve with sauce, and the filling can be used as a side dish.

You can also make poultry with cranberry sauce. In this case, we cook the bird according to the recipe, put inside the onion and lemon slices, simply cut into rings. And pour cranberry sauce on top.

How to make it: Peel the apple and remove the core. Cut the pulp into small cubes. Cut the onion into feathers, the garlic into thin slices. Chop the ginger. Heat vegetable oil in a saucepan. Put onion in it and fry, add garlic, ginger and apple. Cook for another 5 minutes. Add cranberries, pour in water. Bring the sauce to a boil over high heat and cook, stirring occasionally, until thick, about 10 minutes. Season with sugar and salt to taste. Cool before serving.

Recipe for mushrooms stuffed with cheese

You will need:
