You can bake oatmeal with a banana, apple and other fruits available in the house for the season, not only in the oven, but also in the microwave. Honey, syrup, liquid jam can be used as sweeteners. oatmeal (any, but preferably not ground) - 100 g;
apple - 1 pc. (optional);
water - 300 ml;
sugar - 2 tbsp. l .;
cinnamon - a pinch;
nutmeg - a pinch;
honey - 1 tbsp. l. (optional).
Prepare the required ingredients. Put the oatmeal in a baking dish and cover with cold water.
Peel and cut the apple into thin slices.
Put the apple slices in a mold on top of the oatmeal, squeezing and overlapping a little.
Bake oatmeal with apples in a preheated oven for 20 minutes at 170 degrees.
Add honey or crushed walnuts if desired.
Very tender, moderately sweet oatmeal, baked in the oven, can be served.
