The fact is that we are a fan of this kind of light breakfast. At least 2 packs of oatmeal, 400 grams each, "fly away" a week. We are used to eating these cereals with milk for breakfast (before going to school-to work). This is a very light, nutritious, healthy, one might say "correct" energy dish. Of course, we also love traditional oatmeal, but due to the lack of morning time on weekdays, we prefer to eat cereals. So the recipe itself:

  • Oat flakes "Herkusles" VkusVill - 400 gr.
  • Butter - 75 gr.
  • Honey - 75 gr.

These numbers can be varied to taste. You can also replace butter with vegetable oil (we did this at one time, but still returned to the above recipe)

Everything is madly simple.

Melt honey and butter in a bowl. You can, of course, you can do this in a water bath, but we use a microwave.

Then pour the flakes into the butter and honey.

And mix everything thoroughly.
