We will need:

  • Cucumber - 6 pcs.
  • Meat (pork, veal) - 0.5 kg
  • Onion turnip - 1.5 pcs.
  • Bulgarian sweet pepper - 1 pc.
  • Garlic - 3 cloves
  • Sweet chili sauce - 2 tsp (ground chili - 0.5 tsp)
  • Sugar - 0.5 tsp
  • Ground coriander - 0.5 tsp
  • Soy sauce - 4 tbsp. l
  • Grape or ordinary vinegar (5%) - 2.5 tbsp.
  • Vegetable oil

Stages:

1. Chop fresh and young cucumbers with cubes. And immediately salt and stir in a plate to stand out juice. Move back to stand for half an hour. Then drain and pepper (or pour in chili sauce), add coriander, granulated sugar and garlic (1 clove) passed through a press.
