  • 60 milliliters of pasteurized milk;

Milk and eggs are combined in one deep container. All this is salted, sprinkled with seasonings, whipped and mixed with grated cottage cheese, grated cheese and granulated garlic. All this is salted, seasoned with spices and smeared with sour cream. After that, the casserole is poured with a mixture of milk and beaten eggs. 1. My zucchini, cut off the tails and cut into circles about 1 centimeter thick.

The recipe uses only young vegetables that have not yet had time to form hard seeds.

2. Then salt the zucchini (1 teaspoon of salt), mix and leave for 15 minutes to let the juice. This is necessary so that the final dish does not turn out “watery”.

1. My zucchini, cut off the tails from them and divide in half.

For the recipe, young, not thick zucchini, about 15 cm long, are ideal.
