In the recipe, I tried to explain as much as possible all the stages of cooking, so even beginners in cooking will master such a cooking method. Sometimes a simple recipe is tastier than sophisticated cakes that are baked all day, and as a result are flat and unsuccessful. Buy cottage cheese and semolina and start cooking! So, please love and favor: a cottage cheese casserole with semolina in the oven, a step by step recipe with a photo at your service!
  Well, for those who can’t eat eggs for some reason, I advise you to cook.

Required Products:

- 400 grams of cottage cheese;
- a pinch of vanilla sugar;
- 120-130 grams of thick sour cream;
- A pinch of salt;
- 3 full tables. l granulated sugar;
- 3 full tables. l semolina;
- ¼ tea. l baking soda or baking powder;
- 2 chicken eggs;
- some semolina for powder.

Recipe with photo step by step:

  I sprinkle cottage cheese with sugar. I also add some vanilla sugar for the flavor.

  Pour baking soda and stir the curd mass. With soda (or with a baking powder), the baking will become airy and will rise twice.

  I beat whole chicken eggs (naturally without shells). I do not separate the yolks from the proteins. In this case, the separation of proteins from the yolks is not necessary, because the dough will rise and so on due to soda.

  Add fat sour cream to the dough. Low fat sour cream will make the curd dough too liquid.

  Beat the dough with a blender so that the cottage cheese is chopped. I did not rub the cottage cheese through a sieve, because I knew that I would use a blender. If you do not have such a device, then a regular sieve will help. Wipe the cottage cheese first, and then add all the other ingredients to it.

  Now I pour semolina into the dough. Previously, it could not be sprinkled due to the fact that the dough was whipped with a blender.

I leave the dough with semolina to swell for 1 hour at room temperature. Then I grease the mold with a small piece of butter, and then sprinkle the surface with semolina. Thus, after baking, the casserole easily leaves the mold. I pour the dough into the oiled ceramic form and put it in the oven.

  I bake the cottage cheese casserole for 45 minutes, and set the temperature in the oven to 180 degrees.

  I take the cooled casserole out of the mold. As you can see, such pastries turn out to be rosy, lush and beautiful.

  I cut off large pieces and serve on the table for all comers.

  And there are always many who want to, because it is simply impossible to resist a cottage cheese casserole with semolina. Hot brewed by this time, I am also ready, so you can not lose time, it attracts and attracts with its perfect appearance. Cottage cheese casserole

Not everyone loves cottage cheese and semolina. And certainly homemade people will not eat two packs of cottage cheese in the evening. Therefore, I propose to cook a delicious casserole from cottage cheese.

Therefore, I propose to cook a casserole with a combination of healthy products in the oven. Men and children like it.

  • A pound of cottage cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • Sour cream 2 tablespoons
  • A little odorless butter or vegetable oil. By volume - two tablespoons
  • Sugar 4 - 6 tablespoons
  • Vanillin
  • Semolina 2 tablespoons without top. If you add more semolina, the casserole will be rather dry.
  • ½ teaspoon soda
  • Raisins or candied fruits as desired.

You can also add pieces of chocolate, marmalade, pear or banana. In short, anything.

Recipe

  1. It is advisable to grate the cottage cheese or punch in a blender so that there are no lumps, but this is not necessary.
  2. Mix the eggs with sugar, salt, vanilla.
  3. Gradually, grinding, add cottage cheese, softened butter or vegetable oil, sour cream, semolina. The sequence does not play a special role.
  4. You get a dough with a consistency similar to a rather liquid sour cream.
  5. For semolina to swell, the dough should stand for 15-20 minutes.
  6. After that add soda. Sour milk products are thought to quench soda, but I still smell it. Therefore, I advise you to extinguish soda with a small amount of lemon juice or vinegar.
  7. Add raisins or another surprise for home :-), mix slightly.
  8. Pour the dough into a greased form and put in the oven.
  9. Recently, I add frozen blueberries directly to the form with the dough and quickly to the oven until the berries have thawed.
  10. It bakes in 20-30 minutes at an average temperature.
  11. The first 20 minutes it is better not to open the oven.
  12. Readiness can be checked with a toothpick.
  13. To form a delicious crust before baking, the top of the casserole can be greased with sour cream, but this is not necessary.

Wondering what to cook with cottage cheese? Try

It is the cottage cheese casserole with semolina served in kindergartens for afternoon tea, and if you want to taste the taste of childhood again, this is the recipe you were looking for. Due to the presence of semolina, the dish comes out tender, elastic and rises perfectly during baking, which is impossible to achieve if only wheat flour or starch is used in the recipe.

Product selection

The calorie content of a dish prepared from nonfat curd mass is only about 140 calories and it can be considered a dietary dish. Therefore, if you are on a diet or just watch your diet, a cottage cheese casserole with semolina in the oven is an excellent option for breakfast or a dessert for tea. If you use cottage cheese with a fat content of 9%, the number of calories in one serving will increase to 215-220, but still remain within acceptable limits.

To make the dish delicious, experienced chefs advise paying special attention to the quality of the curd, which is put in the composition.

It is best to choose a homemade, natural product. It lacks preservatives and chemical additives, and useful sour-milk bifidobacteria are in excess. They normalize the microflora of the stomach and saturate the body with calcium and vitamins.

Sour-milk cheese should be dry enough, otherwise the composition will turn out to be viscous, and in the finished form the dish will not hold well in shape. The problem can be solved by pouring 1-2 tbsp into the dough. l flour, but the taste will change a little.

Cottage cheese with a fat content of 9% is the best option for casserole. It allows you to achieve perfect density and consistency, while calorie content remains low.

Avoid using the curd mass, it has a less saturated taste and will turn the dish into a dense, viscous mass that does not fit well.

  3. Wipe the cottage cheese through a sieve or grind it in a blender, mix with the manno-sour cream mass and other components;
  4. Cover the baking dish with a thin layer of oil, sprinkle with semolina and put the curd mixture. Align the surface with a wet spoon and place in the oven for 40 minutes.

Baking times may vary slightly depending on the features of your oven.

This recipe is ideal for the children's menu: the curd is moderately sweet, airy and mouth-watering, and the addition of jam or condensed milk will make it simply magical.

With semolina porridge

Semolina porridge casserole has an unusually delicate structure. For this recipe, a thick and slightly undercooked porridge is suitable. Eggs should not be beaten, just shake with a fork. Otherwise, the sour-milk dough rises too much during baking, and when cooled, it dips and a depression forms in the middle.

Ingredients:

  • cottage cheese - 600 g;
  • chicken eggs - 2 pieces;
  • milk - 300 ml;
  • sugar - 75 grams;
  • vanillin - 1/2 packet;
  • salt is a pinch.

How to cook:

  1. Preheat oven to 1800С;
  2. Cook the regular semolina porridge from milk, cereals and sugar, add salt and vanilla at the end. Do not allow lumps to form - in the finished dish they will be clearly felt. Leave it a little undercooked: during baking, the semolina will reach the desired state. Cool;
  3. Shake the eggs with a fork, add them to the porridge along with the sour-milk cheese passed through a sieve and mix thoroughly until a homogeneous mass is formed;
  4. Grease a baking dish and sprinkle lightly with semolina. Transfer the curd mass, smooth and send to the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes.

If desired, 5-7 minutes before the end of baking, you can lubricate the top layer with sour cream mixed with powdered sugar, or liquid honey, slightly diluted with water, then on the surface a delicious golden caramel crust forms.

Pie shaped

The peculiarity of this dish is that during baking it remains at the same level, does not fall and does not rise, although the structure comes out lush and tender.

Ingredients:

  • cottage cheese - 0.8 kg;
  • chicken eggs - 7 pcs.;
  • milk - 200 ml;
  • flour - 200 ml;
  • semolina - 200 ml;
  • sugar - 100 ml;
  • butter - 0.2 kg;
  • cognac - 30 ml;
  • salt - 2 pinches;
  • vanillin - 1 packet;
  • baking powder - 1 teaspoon;
  • raisins, dried apricots, prunes (optional) - 250 g.

Cooking process:

  1. Preheat oven to 1800С;
  2. Pour the semolina with warm milk and leave to swell for 15-20 minutes;
  3. Wash dried fruits and soak in hot water for 15 minutes. After this, drain the liquid, remove the tails and dry the fruits on a paper towel. Then fold in a suitable container and fill with cognac for 20-30 minutes;
  4. Combine the eggs, sugar, flour, softened butter, baking powder and vanilla in a large bowl and mix thoroughly. Add cottage cheese, milk-semolina mixture and knead sticky, liquid dough;
  5. Dry the prunes, dried apricots and raisins, cut into small pieces and lightly roll in flour. Add to the dough and mix again;
  6. Put the prepared mass in a mold greased with cooking oil and bake for half an hour;
  7. After this time, check the readiness: at the edges of the cake should be tight, and the middle a little flutter. Remove it from the oven and cool at room temperature, while the consistency is slightly condensed and reaches normal;
  8. Remove the cake from the mold only after it has completely cooled down, otherwise the delicate, moist structure may crumble.

Instead of dried fruits, slices of fruits or berries can be added to the dough, previously stewed a little in a pan to remove excess liquid from them. Before adding to the curd mass, roll them in flour or starch.

Cottage cheese casserole with semolina and sour cream does not at all look like a usual cottage cheese casserole. Rather, it resembles a cake with the most delicate sweet pulp. The taste of cottage cheese is hardly perceptible in this cottage cheese casserole with semolina. I can say with confidence that if you first try this casserole, you will be surprised. Children will definitely like this curd pastry.

Personally, I loved the cottage cheese casserole with semolina, but it turned out to be even better when it was cooled. Such baking is best suited for a cup of tea or a glass of milk. There is good (a lot of cottage cheese) and all the ingredients of the dessert (sweet taste, very delicate texture). After this recipe, I no longer want to return to the usual cottage cheese casserole. They can not be compared, but if you really have to, then the cottage cheese casserole with semolina and sour cream in my personal rating will take a higher position.

In general, we cook, try, enjoy. So let's go!

Ingredients:

  • 300 g of cottage cheese
  • 3 tablespoons of sugar
  • 3 tablespoons semolina + 0.5 tablespoons to sprinkle the mold
  • 5 tablespoons of sour cream (any fat content)
  • 2 eggs
  • a pinch of salt
  • 1 teaspoon of baking powder (without slide)
  • 0.5 teaspoon vanilla sugar
  • 10 g butter to lubricate the mold

Cottage cheese casserole recipe with semolina and sour cream

Mix semolina (3 tablespoons) with sour cream (5 tablespoons), mix lightly with a spoon and leave for 30 minutes to swell semolina.

  Combine 300 g of cottage cheese in a bowl with two eggs, three tablespoons of sugar, vanilla sugar, salt and a baking powder.

  Using a submersible blender, mix the ingredients into a homogeneous creamy mass. It took me 2 minutes.

  30 minutes after the start of cooking, the semolina was significantly swollen, having absorbed part of the sour cream. Combine the curd with semolina and sour cream. It will be enough just to stir them with a spoon until smooth.

The dough for cottage cheese casseroles with semolina and sour cream turns out to be very liquid, and let it not bother you. During the preparation of the cottage cheese casserole, the semolina will absorb the liquid components of the casserole and the dough will turn out to be incredibly tender, slightly porous and elastic.

In order for the oven to be warmed up at the right time, turn it on now and set the temperature to 180 degrees.

  Take a baking dish. A detachable mold for cooking biscuits will not work, because the dough for making cottage cheese casseroles with semolina and sour cream is liquid and will leak through the junction of the parts of the detachable mold. It is best to use any ceramic or glass baking dish, silicone is also quite suitable.

Lubricate the bottom and walls of the mold with a small amount of butter and sprinkle with semolina. Then pour the dough to prepare the cottage cheese casserole in the mold. At this point, the oven is already preheated to 180 degrees. We send the form with the dough into it and detect 50 minutes.

  After 50 minutes, the cottage cheese casserole with semolina and sour cream significantly browned and was completely baked.

  Thanks to greasing the mold with oil and sprinkling with semolina, the cottage cheese casserole can be easily removed from the mold (if there is such a need), just walk a knife between the walls of the mold and the casserole.

  Delicate cottage cheese casserole with semolina and sour cream is delicious both hot and cooled. For a beautiful serving, you can decorate the cottage cheese casserole with powdered sugar and a sprig of mint or simply pour over sour cream or condensed milk.
