  • 500 g chicken or beef liver;

So, we wash the liver under running water, remove all the films, blood vessels and dark greenish spots, if any. Grind the cleaned liver with a blender or twist into a meat grinder. Usually chicken liver is more tender than beef, it is very quickly and easily grinded.

2. In the liver puree add the egg and sour cream.

3. Stir until smooth, and then pour in flour, salt and pepper.

When all the pancakes are ready, cover them with a saucer and trim the edges. Now I have two pieces of cake with approximately the same height. In the onion and carrot filling, I add mine. And I start to collect the cake. First, I put one large pancake on the dish and coat it with the filling.

I put all the big pancakes like that. Which are smaller, I lay on another saucer and also coated with filling. Now sprinkle a large half of the cake with grated yolk. A little protein.

Finally, I carefully put the small part on the large. I paste parsley on the sides. The liver cake is ready. And on top I still made a rose from carrots.

  • 50-100 g of hard cheese
  • 2-3 chicken eggs (hard boiled)
  • vegetable oil - for frying

Rinse beef liver in cold water, pat dry with a paper towel, cut films. Pass the liver through a meat grinder or blender.

Similarly, scroll in a meat grinder or chop onions in a blender.

Combine beef liver, onion, add chicken eggs.

for pancakes:

  • beef liver - 600 g;
  • flour - 250 g;
  • eggs - 4 pcs.;
  • milk - 0.5 l;

Grease the pan with vegetable oil and heat. Pour a thin layer of dough with a ladle. Pancake for 4 minutes.

To prepare such a liver cake, we do not need a lot of ingredients, and the process itself does not take much time.

The process of decorating the liver cake will be very important. We will use cucumber and carrots for decoration, from them we will make openwork roses with leaves.

  • beef liver - 700 gr
  • chicken egg - 6 pcs.
  • wheat flour - 1 cup
  • milk - 1 cup
  • refined vegetable oil - 2 tbsp.
  • water - 100 ml
  • carrots - 3 pcs.
  • cucumber - 1 pc
  • onions - 2 pcs.
  • garlic - 1 clove
  • butter - 50 gr
  • mayonnaise
  • parsley - 1 bunch
  • ground black pepper - to taste
  • salt to taste

  • 2 cloves of garlic

Beef my liver, cut into small pieces and scroll twice in a meat grinder.

I got 5 pancakes with a small appetizer, which I also fried and ate with pleasure. By the way, I checked the pancakes for salt, slightly undersalt, which means that I will salt the filling. If I salt it, I wouldn’t salt the filling at all.

Prepare a layer for the liver cake. We clean and finely chop the onion, and three carrots on a fine grater. Then, in vegetable oil, we pass the onions until transparent.

Add carrots and continue to fry over low heat until the carrots are soft.

Mix onions with carrots and mayonnaise with garlic. Salt a little, because pancakes were too salted.

  1. Rinse the chicken liver thoroughly with cold running water, dry it, remove the bile ducts and films.
