Twist the chicken fillet into a homogeneous thick minced meat using a blender or meat grinder. In the same way, grind one onion and white bread squeezed from milk, add them to the minced meat.

I already had the pork mince ready. I just thawed it out. If you don't have ground beef, you can make your own or buy it from the store.
Now peel the onion. Let's cut it into small pieces. Peel the carrots and grate on a large grater. It is advisable to take carrots juicy and sweet, then the cutlets will turn out tastier.
Pour some vegetable oil into a frying pan and heat it up. We put our vegetables and fry, until the characteristic smell of onions. Season the vegetables with salt. Take the pan off the heat and let them cool down. When you transfer the vegetables to the minced meat, do not add the vegetable oil that is left from the vegetables, otherwise the minced meat for cutlets will turn out to be sharp in taste and overly fatty.
I took the rice round, rinse it under running water. Pour water into the pan, wait until it boils, put rice, salt. Cook rice until cooked, don't forget to stir.
