To prepare one portion (rolls with chicken), you will need:

  • half a sheet of nori for sushi
  • (white round-grain rice) 2.5-3 tablespoons + sushi vinegar (rice vinegar + sugar + salt)

We take a sushi mat, after wrapping it with cling film, put 1 sheet of nori for sushi on it with the glossy side down. Stage three:

Now, friends, you need to sprinkle rice with sesame seeds (just a little or a lot, this is at your discretion). Turn nori rice down. First, lay out the chicken and grease it with soy sauce with a cooking brush. After the paprika and onions are placed side by side - in the middle of the nori. Then sprinkle the filling with sesame a little.

Recently, on holidays, instead of traditional dishes, I began to cook overseas, exotic snacks. I learned how to make rolls very quickly, so now I boldly offer them to guests. But on the other hand, I put the filling from the available products, so it will not be difficult for you to cook these rolls with chicken at home, the recipe for which is already described below. Required products:

- nori sheets;
- 200 grams of chicken fillet;
- 100 grams of soft cheese;
- 150 grams of fresh cucumbers;
- 50 grams of rice vinegar;
- 200 grams of round rice;
- 5 grams of salt;
- 10 grams of sugar;
- 300 ml. water for boiling rice.

I wash the rice several times and fill it with water so that the ratio is 1: 1.5. So I take a glass of rice and fill it with 1.5 glasses of water. I cook on fire for about 17-20 minutes. I turn off the burner and put the rice aside as they say "to reach". When the rice is almost cold and slightly lukewarm, it will be ready for further manipulation.




Pour salt and sugar into slightly warmed rice vinegar, stir until they completely dissolve. Then I pour the rice vinegar into the warm rice. I stir to soak all the grains.




On a nori leaf (which I put with the smooth side down) I distribute the rice rolled into a ball. This is how I adjust the amount of rice. Just as much as needed fits into my palm.




It is convenient to roll the rice into a ball, and then distribute it on the nori over the entire area.






When the rice has leveled, leaving the edge a little free, I spread the soft cheese on top. They also turn out to be very beautiful and tasty.




I consider fresh cucumbers to be an important component in rolls. They are so aromatic and give the dish a unique taste, the necessary crunchiness that I always put green cucumbers in all types of rolls. The only thing I always do is peel the skin. I leave the cucumbers peeled and shredded in long thin strips. I cut the strips of cucumbers and boiled chicken in advance (it should be cooled down).

Wrap the filling tightly in the nori sheet, starting at the edge of the nori sheet with rice. The edge of the nori leaf, on which rice has not been laid out, grease with some water, it will stick well and tightly, so the roll with chicken, cucumber and cheese will turn out to be plump and beautiful.
