Ingredients

  • green apples - 3 pcs;
  • kiwi - 2 pcs;
  • bananas - 2 pieces (large or 3 smaller);
  • oranges - 2 pcs;
  • a bunch of dark grapes (if any);
  • pomegranate seeds for decoration;
  • a teaspoon of lemon juice;
  • coconut flakes, white and colored (if necessary).

    Peel the apples, remove the seeds. Cut into small pieces and drizzle with lemon juice. Stir. Now the apples will not darken.

    Wipe the kiwi with a coarse cloth to remove fine hairs from the skin. Peel the fruit with a sharp knife, cut it in half and then into 2 more pieces. Cut the kiwi into slices. Leave the larger ones to decorate the salad.

    Cut the peeled bananas into slices (cut the large ones in half).

    How to make orange baskets. Cut the orange in half. Using a fine-bladed knife, carefully separate the orange pulp from the sides.

    Then take a teaspoon with a sharp nose and pry the pulp out - it is easy to remove.

    To make the basket look neat, you need to clean the inside of the white film and the remnants of orange pulp.

    Disassemble the orange into slices, remove the white film. Cut the pulp into small pieces.

    Fill orange baskets with pieces of fruit. Along the edge, insert large kiwi wedges and banana slices, which can be rolled in white and colored coconut.

    Place a few grapes on top and sprinkle the pomegranate seeds over the salad. Serve the salad better with a cocktail skewer.

You will need:
- 200 g pork ham or smoked brisket;
- 1 orange;
- 1 red onion;
- 2 boiled chicken eggs;

- 1.5 tbsp. mayonnaise.

Scald the orange with boiling water so that its rind is filled with aroma, and cut two baskets out of one fruit in a zigzag using a knife. However, you can simply cut the fruit in half and then the baskets will turn out round, not jagged.




Peel them by removing the pulp into a container. The easiest way to do this is by cutting the edge of the baskets with a knife and then peeling them off along with the bottom white shell.




Peel the removed orange pulp from the white shell, seeds, if any, and lightly squeeze the juice out of it.




Cut the ham into large pieces and place in a container with the orange pulp.






Peel boiled chicken eggs from the shell and be sure to rinse in water to prevent it from getting into the salad. Cut into pieces as large as the ham and add to the bowl. It is advisable to boil the eggs in advance for 15 minutes until steep and cool.




Peel the red onion and rinse in water. Cut into cubes and send to a container with the rest of the slices.




Salt everything and season with mayonnaise to taste.

Chicken fillet must be boiled in salted water until tender, and then cooled. Cut the cooled fillet into small cubes.

Wash the fresh cucumber, drain it from excess moisture and cut it into cubes of the same size.

Place the sliced ​​cucumber and chicken fillets in a salad bowl.

Wash chicken eggs and boil hard boiled. Then they must be cooled in cold water, peeled and chopped into medium-sized pieces.

Transfer the sliced ​​chicken eggs to a salad bowl.

Now take care of the orange. It must be washed thoroughly and then dried with a kitchen towel. Next, cut the orange into two equal halves. Holding one half of an orange in your hand, gently insert a tablespoon between the peel and pulp. Then sweep the spoon around the inside of the orange, separating the flesh from the skin. After removing the pulp from one half of the citrus, proceed to the other half, repeating the same steps.

Divide the citrus pulp into slices, peel them of white streaks and film. Cut the peeled wedges into pieces and send to the rest of the ingredients.

To make the sauce, mix sour cream with mayonnaise, add black pepper. Add the prepared dressing to the salad and stir gently.

Now cut the cloves with a knife along the edge of each half of the orange peel. It turns out beautiful baskets.

Fill each basket with the prepared salad (with a small slide).

Grease the top of the salad with sour cream and mayonnaise dressing.

Sprinkle the salad with finely grated hard cheese.

Place the washed and dried lettuce leaves on a plate.

Place prepared baskets on lettuce leaves. Before serving, garnish the orange salad with chicken and cucumber with a few cranberries or pomegranate seeds for a spicy and sophisticated look.
