Today I cook them for breakfast in a wide variety of ways, but my husband likes pancakes with cheese and herbs according to my mother’s recipe most of all - it turns out that mother-in-law pancakes are better than mine!

I indulge my husband meekly, because you cannot find in the world a quicker and easier way to bake delicious and satisfying pancakes, which will simply be swept off the table in the early morning, when you especially do not want to eat. Today I decided to introduce you to this amazingly easy recipe, so that you too can permanently solve the problem of a light breakfast.

  2. I heat the milk in the microwave (30 seconds at maximum power). Then pour the warm, but not too hot milk into the egg mixture. Beat a few more seconds at a low mixer speed.

  3. Sift 1 cup flour (250 ml cup) and mix it with baking powder. Then gradually add the dry ingredients to the liquid, beat with a mixer for 10-15 seconds.

  4. I chop the cheese on a coarse grater, finely chop the dill and parsley with a knife. Add cheese and greens to the pancake dough and mix with a spoon.

  5. At the end, pour in the vegetable oil (refined) and for the last time beat everything with a mixer. Get a batter, interspersed with cheese and herbs.

  6. I warm the pan very well, grease it with vegetable oil (you can grease with a piece of bacon) and pour the dough, a little less than a ladle. I distribute it in a circular motion in the air - the dough instantly sets in contact with a hot pan, and the cheese gradually melts. The smell in the kitchen is amazing!

  7. After about 30 seconds, when the pancake turns red, I turn it over to the other side - you can in the air or with a wooden spatula. I bake another 10 seconds until golden brown.
