Ingredients required:
- chicken breast - 1 pc.;
- white cabbage - 200 g;
- onions - 1 head;
- chicken egg - 1 pc.;
- table salt - to taste;
- oat bran - 1.5-2 tbsp. l .;
- starch - 1 tbsp. l .;
- fresh dill to taste.

All the main ingredients need to be prepared for twisting into minced meat - this is chicken, cabbage and onions. Remove the skin from the breast and divide the fillet into pieces. Peel the cabbage from flaccid leaves and chop into slices. Peel onions and divide into parts.
Then pass the slices of breast, cabbage and onion through the meat grinder twice. Mix the resulting stuffing thoroughly with your hands.
Add chicken yolk or whole egg and mix again.
Attach corn starch and oat bran.
