Lubricate the mold with oil and pour the dough. Put in the oven for about 20-25 minutes. The readiness of the cake is determined by a dry speck. If the cake is ready, cool and cut in half, coat with jam. Serve the cake right hot.

Recipe 2: Kefir Pie with Cheese

Such a gentle crumbly dough can get every housewife.

Ingredients

Dough: eggs (2 pcs), kefir (40 ml.), Flour (3, 5 cups), grated cheese (100 grams), soda (half a teaspoon), sugar, salt.
  Filling: butter (50 gr.), Potatoes (5 pcs.), Grated cheese (100 gr.).

Cooking method

Beat eggs with sugar, add soda, kefir, grated cheese and flour, mix to make a soft dough. Peel and cut the potatoes into circles, fry and salt. Lay parchment paper in the mold and place half the dough and put the filling: half the potatoes, cheese and again the potatoes. The second part of the test is distributed on top. Recipe 3: Kefir Cupcake in a Slow Cooker

Kefir muffins are slightly moist and porous. This tea cake is also easy to prepare, but nonetheless delicious.

Ingredients:  eggs (4 pcs), vanillin (1 sachet), butter (150 grams), sugar (300 grams), orange zest, raisins (150 grams), condensed milk, icing sugar, marmalade in the form of colorful figures (200 grams).

Cooking method

Beat the eggs in a lush foam, add the remaining components - vanillin, melted butter, sugar, beat with a whisk. Mix the sifted flour with a baking powder and the resulting mixture. Add the zest of orange and raisins. Pour the dough into a slow cooker, bake in the “baking” mode for about an hour. Sprinkle with condensed milk, sprinkle with powdered sugar and decorate with marmalade.

Recipe 4: Cottage Cheese Pie on Kefir

By the way, such a cottage cheese pie can be completely frozen in the freezer until guests arrive, then reheated in a microwave or oven - it will become soft and fresh.

Ingredients:  cottage cheese (200 g), kefir (200 g), sugar, flour (1 glass each), eggs (3 pcs.), apple (1 pc., large), soda (1 tsp), a little salt, vanilla sugar cinnamon.

Cooking method

Mix eggs with sugar and add kefir, pour soda, vanilla sugar and a pinch of salt, then flour and mix. On a coarse grater, rub the apple and mix with cottage cheese. Add the resulting mass to the dough. Lubricate the mold with butter and place the dough there. Bake at a temperature of 200 degrees. About half an hour.

Recipe 5: Chocolate Kefir Pie

Ingredients:  flour (3 cups), kefir (300 ml.), egg (3 pcs.), butter (100 g.), sugar (1 cup), cocoa (50 grams), chocolate chips.

Cooking method

This quick cake will break all time saving records. In order to cook it, just mix the ingredients and add the soda quenched with vinegar. Bake at 200 degrees for about 25 minutes. The finished pie can be decorated with chocolate icing or pour melted chocolate in a water bath and fill with chocolate chips.

Recipe 6: Quick Meat Kefir Pie

Ingredients:  sour cream (half a cup), eggs (three pieces), flour (until the fritters consistency, about two-thirds of a glass), salt and sugar are not required.
Minced pork, chicken or pork and beef, onions, garlic, carrots, and peppers.

It is very easy to prepare the dough - mix the ingredients to the consistency of thick sour cream.
  To prepare the filling, fry the onions, carrots and season with garlic and spices. Pour half the dough into a greased form, lay out the filling and the second half. We put in a preheated oven at a temperature of 200 degrees for about 50 minutes. Serve with sour cream, ketchup or other sauce.

The fillings of kefir blitz pie can be very different. Sweet kefir pie can be baked with any fresh or canned berries. If the berries are too juicy, you can roll them before mixing with the dough in semolina. It absorbs excess juice, and the dough does not change the consistency.
