Because ingredients like kefir and vegetable oil are always in the house. In addition, the recipes are really simple, and cooking takes less than an hour. Today we will prepare a cupcake with kefir and vegetable oil. But first things first.

Firstly, kefir is different. Which one you take is up to you. The fatter the product, the correspondingly fatter the resulting cupcake will turn out. And as we know, the fatter, the tastier :)

And put it at the end, along with the remaining flour. Then mix and quickly into the oven, because when soda enters the sour dough (and kefir makes it sour), the reaction immediately begins and carbon dioxide is released, making the baking airy.
